I totally enjoyed watching your video and learning how peas are used in other cultures. I want to get some dried peas and try peeling them now!

I used my Kitchenaid to peel beans this morning. I started off with the whisk attachment then switched over to the paddle attachment. Using the paddle worked even better than the whisk.
