Additionally, we need to fry the Akara over medium-high heat to ensure it's well cooked and it doesn't get burnt. You're truly creative. I love the way you cook. Yummy Nigerian Akara! Keep cooking! Sweet Adjeley, I am certainly making this for super this afternoon and serve with some Quaker oats porridge. Skinning the bean was a lot of work for me because they were so so small. By the way I tried the puff puff. It was amazing. My family loved it and came back for seconds. The nutmeg gave it a lovely flavour. I also turned some into snacks by dusting some with powered sugar for when my daughter gets hungry. I appreciate all that you are doing to make us happy. God bless!

Trust me, spread butter in freshly baked hot tea bread and put akala in it. It tastes sooo good, especially when the heat melts the butter in the bread. Mmmmm
