The points about even some of the best get rejected and the consistencies with systems really do work well because yes, figuring out that system to go along with consistency, does involve some failure so it's not a belt watches situation and time well spent, not wasted, or should I say, waisted :)

Hey Tolulope! I actually just checked my Upwork profile yesterday for another video that I filmed - and I found that it took me 20 proposals to land my first job on Upwork and another 20 proposals to land my second job. In total, I've sent 288 proposals on Upwork and MANY resulted in no responses. Just sharing as encouragement! :) Keep going!

As you mentioned in your video when you just started, you applied for different jobs. I am facing a problem setting up a generic profile. I can do graphic design, transcription, and voiceover. Can I withdraw my earnings even if its below $1000? I set up my upwork payout weekly and it will not reach $1000
