    You are amazing! I just found your profile, (this is not the first video I watched) but I subscribed after watching the first video. It's funny... Deya in Ukrainian is actually two words De ya and it means "where am I". It's funny because your videos helped me figure out where I'm at on my freelance path and which way to go from here... Thank you so much for such a useful content! You are easy to listen to and trust!

    So helpful! Thanks. And thanks too for your energy in presenting it all. This setup stuff is a slog, but you've got me enthused about some fine tuning. I appreciate it.

    How do you approach writing multiple proposals for many different clients? Are you writing a unique proposal for each client? Do you have certain excerpts that you copy and paste for similar jobs? It can be a long process to do write a proposal from scratch when you're doing that for many clients at one time.

    Hey Deya,
    I'm kinda late here, but since I notice that you have replied to a recent comment, here's a question:
    In the video you mention using a particular format for the in-Overview testimonial. Would you point me to some examples? It does seem as simple as just quoting using a quote from a reference, but just in case there's more than that, would love to know.
    Also, very smart of you to start your video titles with an emoji. It makes recognising the tabs on chrome easier.

    I have heard that platforms like upwork are not very ideal for freelancers because 1. It’s too competitive 2. They pay you poorly. What do you think Deya?

    • @MyNameIsDeya
      @MyNameIsDeya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Hey Linda - there are definitely pros and cons to all platforms and all ways of landing clients! :) I think freelancing platforms can be good for beginners to get their foot in the door - as it did for me. I personally moved off of freelancing platforms after a few months once I began building my own network and got more familiar with other ways of landing clients. :)

      Every Freelancing platforms are competitive,
      The service you render might be highly competitive too, you have to make yourself standout by doing what others don't do

    • @MyNameIsDeya
      @MyNameIsDeya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! We'd recommend following the tips in the video to come up with a few title options on your own - then you can share those options with us and we can help you take a look through them. :)

      I think those are good; when it comes to copywriting, I think I'd try to put some metrics/numbers into it from past clients you've worked with or case studies - to build credibility.
      Are those titles within the character limit? I might shorten it like: "Sales Copywriter (Email Marketing, Sales Pages, xyz)" like that. I'd also check what the exact language/verbiage your target client uses and use those exact words - e.g. do they know what a 'direct response copywriter' is? I'd also run your titles through Grammarly to check for any typos/errors!
