All bills included, its not a hotel so no room cleaning, do that yourself or arrange it with the host vis airbnb

Great review ta. I’m thinking of renting there long-term, but I just wondered how well soundproofed the units are. I tend to find newer places tend to not be so good. Did you have any noise issues?

I didn’t notice any issues in La Casita well above average compared to some I have been in,maybe rent for a couple of weeks via air bnb to see if they work for you first..

Question: What about noise? Did you hear a lot of noise? Because it is a "family friendly" place, I would be worried about kids and families making too much noise in the interior area where the pool is or if they live on top of the room where I am staying.

I am pretty sure you would have zero problems with that,Hua Hin is more of a retirement location I don’t recall seeing kids there anyway
