@@issacb6124 I think it's okay in this era to have ro8 be a bo7. The only change left to make and a much more important one would be to make ro24 the same format as ro16. Doubt that will ever happen though, which is a bummer.

You qualify after 4 or 5 bo3 wins just to play two quick, cheesy bo1s and bomb out.. just makes no sense. Yeah love it, my favorite season was every round of 8 went to match 5, but that was a one time season, never happened before or since, so very happy R8 got turned up a notch

The same Bisu who lost to Snow 0-3 last year and the same Jaedong who hasn't won a playoff game in nearly 8 years. Most other Terrans even the top 5 would have lost to Snow with a similar score
I'm really excited for Ro8's being BO7. I think it's a fantastic change, RO8 and beyond have always felt like very short days. Looking forward to lots of great matches! :D
I cant believe in game 4 after killing THE first reaver and clearing his base, Barracks just ran by the robo tech to counter instead of taking it down.
yeah, felt like a bit of a throw. maybe it was nerves? maybe he got a bit too fancy - he re-laid the mines there and thought it would be enough to kill the second reaver as well?
It was insane throw, surely you know that especially against Snow, he will be able to pick up the reaver before the mines kill it. Just kill the pylon and you can do pretty much whatever you like, you are in such a dominating position with half his production unpowered

It's also bad for the backend, where wasting bandwidth is a problem. This isn't quite as relevant now, but has been a problem for most of the history of BW. If you really want to spoiler block, there are browser extensions that will do it for you. YOU just refusing to take proactive action to solve something that annoys you is on you.

Loved the cast. At 23:15 when Snow was attacking the machine shop, he was probably microing his goons at home to save his mineral line. And Arty's rage at 24:06 had me in stitches. You could feel the unadulterated Protoss hate in his voice.

Tastosis don’t control the upload, SOOP (formerly AfreecaTV) do, so they can’t pad it themselves. SOOP (formerly AfreecaTV) isn’t going to pad because if people don’t watch the whole video the TH-cam Recommendation Algorithm will deem it to be ‘subpar’ or ‘low quality’, and stop recommending the video to other people. If a channel has enough ‘subpar’ videos it will stop getting recommended altogether, and may even stop showing up in search results altogether, so it’s super bad for the channel.

Ro8 being Bo7 is such a great change, Love it. I want to add in the Translations are fantastic as always.
I feel it is overkill for ro8 and in SC1. Very rarely do we see Bo7 go all seven matches. I guess it guarantees an extra map.
