I remember playing this game and playing without companions because I was keen on defeating the game with my own strength and didn't want to share experience. I remember grinding forever, fighting the last couple of story bosses as a level 99 Minstrel and being upset that the bosses got to attack multiple times and I only got to attack once. I feel silly thinking about it. :D
This was a great finale. I enjoyed watching this a lot, your party does really well. Every time I fought Corvus he was an absolute killer he was magic burst after magic burst, multiple hitting my characters and landing crits every other turn. I remember I had to grind to the level 60s. I really like how you reclass the party members into a very powerful strength-based unit with healing on the side, its a very good arrangement
i usually level to 38 for multiheal before corvus, level 34 is pretty insane, then again having two priests slows the game down significantly, so i personally would still rather grind to 38 and have only one priest with multiheal instead.
@@ZakGoble I think the game is taking pity on you after Goresby-Purrvis dominated you so many times in the last video. I just noticed I am the 69th viewer of this video. I love the final boss theme too.
I did a solo run with paladin it wass incredible ez to beat him and a lot of the bosses because much of the struggles y have are based on aoe attacks 😅 or i wass a bit overleveld idk gg
You got pretty lucky with Corvus, I have to say.~ He does have access to Magic Burst...and while he rarely uses it, it will catch you off guard.

Lv 33 is actually kinda tough. I think my lowest playthrough was 40 something.

is corvus fight supposed to be this easy? two priests with defending champion strat was so good
Nah - I usually screw up a lot more than that! Must have had a decent bit of luck this time
