I had pretty much the same issue on my e92. For months I thought it was my hood and fender panels.
My mechanic noticed and in 2 minutes, he just loosened couple bumper screws and all good. I was over the moon bro

This happened to me when the dealership installed two new headlights on warranty...I got it back with terrible fitment of stock hood. This is why I hate the dealership service and love my indy shop. The dealership does zero quality checks!
How did you resolve the issue? I just had a new headlight and a new bumper fitted by my dealer and the gaps are now all over the place. Not sure if it’s the headlamp or the bumper that’s off.
Really useful. My F06 has an annoying gap on one side. Tried the forward back option. Obviously it didn’t do anything for the height. Didn’t know about the height adjustment or headlight option. Interestingly my headlight sits low on that side 🤔

I have this issue with my own hood, there are 3 clips each side, the middle one on each side plastic is just gone, so its uneven on both sides evenly if that makes sense😂

I've seen m4s with that fitment oem.
I know this issue so well 🤣. Took me weeks to figure out after I put my ikons in 😫 haha what a pain. Now you don’t gotta worry bout that caca fitment lmao 😏
Great info ! .... the hood fitment would have driven me nuts also.. I have a white f10 and the panel gaps have to be right on or my eyes go right to any imperfections.

I got a carbon fiber hood for my f30 from china, was having the same issue with the front bumper and hood, however mine went away when i installed hood pins. it seemed to raise the two sides and middle up slightly for perfect fitmint. it also give me some adjustability.
That intro really threw me for a loop...lol
