If you are struggling with any addiction, meditation really helps. Realize that you are simply the observer of your life, you don't really need anything. You don't even need to completely swear off from things like smoking or drinking, enjoy them for what they are, but don't let them rule you. YOU, are the ruler! Also, I'm writing this to manifest a better version of me with smoking. I've done so with drinking already and I know it works. Cheers to every one of you! I am trying to go everywhere from praying to motivational videos to legit anything that can help me, but I just can't. I will try follow your way and I will keep you updated on the weeks to come. 29 years old, no degree, no job, no money, overweight and lonely. Everyday I watch TH-cam for hours trying to find what to focus on just to repeat it the next day. I am stuck, losing my youth to staying inside my bubble. Getting older with these regrets is horrible
Go outside and go for a walk. Like, as you're reading this, put your phone down, get changed, put shoes on, and go for a walk. Then do it again tomorrow.

The biggest takeaway for me is that with my habit/addiction, I have been on autopilot for literally years, repeating the same behaviours without a lot of thought. It has only been in the past two weeks that I have actually thought about what I am doing, as opposed to telling myself that I'll try and give up one day and never do - because I don't want to go through withdrawals again. As of today, I'll be keeping a journal, planning what and how I behave and just take it day by day. I already feel better knowing that I have a plan. I have gone cold turkey in the past but it is just too much of a mental hurdle for me at the moment. I need to be kind to myself. Thanks Clark.

I wasn't sure if I was on the right path to being a better version of myself, and I've been trying to improve myself for years now, thinking of everything that needs to change. I quit smoking cigarettes and seldom drink only on a holidays or in celebration of something significant. I just need to come up with a healthy reward system to help me continue on this path. Even if it isn't easy to do, but not too strenuous, maybe a bike ride or something. But I suppose the main thing I need to remind myself that I'm free from all the things that were bringing me down and to not forget how badly all those bad habits were tormenting me and affecting me.
Of all the things - this is one of the most important, especially for us in the modern world of comfort and abundance. Quitting a bad habit is the lowest hanging fruit and offers the greatest leverage for living a good life. Not speaking from experience, of course - I have no bad habits! Also, I'm a breatharian 🙏

Don't worry about people telling you to be a 'good' boy..... everyone has their own views u don't have to adhere to anyones....🍄 are great to learn from just make sure ur in a good space and try to have an intent for using them I've found most people just use them to party.... they help get in touch with yourself if u ask me which is super important in this noisy world good luck ✌
my view AND experience: psychs can help enter new level of experiences you haven't had before or couldn't even imagine after that "level up" you now have a pinpoint to go towards on your own - you know you're able to experience this because you've done so before - psychs don't create emotions/hormones/.. they enhance what's already inside in short i view them as: an entrance-tool , and a booster, but not a dependant

You may be low in vitamin B three, niacin. Try supplementing with a good multi B complex and you should notice a difference within a day or two.
