The steam/pressing cloth/moisture is really to keep an even temp on that adhesive. When I asked a different manufacturer about the difference, they explained the products are marketed and made for those using irons and only more recently started seeing more people use heat presses and more professional equipment. It's just an added measure to help prevent scorching or uneven heating of the adhesive on the fabric. Thank you for this review! So helpful!
Wonderful review. Thanks. I have watched you working on the base of a bag with a 3M roll. Can you make a review of that product? It was very sticky as far I remember. Thanks, Happy New Year for you n the family!!
i just received these samples too along with some woven fix..denser one.. Thanks for doing this review and for the updates. So far I really like the WovenFix.
It’s firm and very smooth! The cool thing is, it won’t hold wrinkles like Decovil. Not a problem for me, but for makers that turn bags, this product might be the bees-knees! It’s also less expensive than DL, too! I juts ordered a roll and will report back with my findings 👍

Thanks for the comment! We rely on others such as yourself for fabric expertise. We’re just leather folks. 🤣👍
Thanks for the review, I have been searching for something other than Decovil. Its good to see you back!
More to come!
Can`t wait to see part 2 great video.
Thanks for this, I've been looking for a decent interfacing. I'm just getting into bags so this is very helpful.

Garth, is the bouncy firm cushiony at all or is it firm like decovil lite?
