Hello there Donna, ...You just make such wonderful tutorials. I love your sweet style of presenting the patchwork piecing and the Quilting. Thank You Donna and Enjoy a Blessed 2025
😊 Donna, seeing the complexity of the quilting process is fascinating. I have not had any quilts done on a professional machine, yet. I hope to soon. YOU are fascinating. I really appreciate your time and great teaching. I have learned so much, and gained confidence from you. Thank you for sharing this with us. Blessings to you and yours, may 2025 be AMAZING for you. ALWAYS.🤟🍀💖🙏🦓🪡🧵✂️
So fun to see how a quilt is loaded onto the big machine. I’ve been watching your videos religiously for several years and I always choose the thread color before you decide to test my “eye” . In all the videos I’ve watched, I’ve only chosen a different color from your choice maybe twice. That has given me a measure of confidence when I choose my thread color when I’m quilting on my home sewing machine. I just figure, well my eye is about 99% aligned with Donna Jordan, so this is probably the right one, haha! Thanks for so generously sharing your knowledge with this perennial neophyte❤!
What a great idea! Thanks for putting 2024 videos in two parts. Donna, your instructions are superb--the mitered corners are a fine example. Blessings to your family and your business for 2025!
One of my favorite quilt creators. Thank you Donna. I just ordered some fabric from you and have a bunch in my cart that I cannot purchase until I get paid.
I love the showering stars quilt the colours and the quilting is just beautiful. Donna I'm looking forward to part 3 already . Happy New Year to you the family and all your viewers.
I love to watch your videos. You are the best teacher for quilt making. I really like how you are putting on long videos. I could sit here all day watching and learning from you. I love seeing how the different patterns look after they are put together. Thank you so much ❤😊
Hello Donna, I was so excited about the first quilt that I had to comment on it right away. But your other quilts are beautiful too and I'm always learning something new. I've been following your tutorials for a few years now and am a big fan of your work. Happy and healthy New Year 2025 and I look forward to every new tutorial from you.
Donna, you are the best TEACHER on the internet,I’ve learned so much from you. It is nice to have you explain something and not take 10 minutes to explain one step, love it. Happy New Year,I wish you great success and happiness this year.
I’m just an awe, how beautiful these quilts are. Patterns and colors and of course quilting. Fantastic job,!❤❤ thank you for allowing us to be part of the process. Really appreciate you and your channel.❤ keep them coming❤😊
How lovely your quilts are! I love watching what you come up with for fabrics and colors. You are my favorite site for quilting as you have such wonderful ideas, your directions are clear, and you sound so upbeat and cheerful. thank you!
Love these tutorials!! I can binge watch without clicking from video to video! Mahalo for sharing all your wonderful quilts with us! I can't wait for Part 3? .. we hope!
This is a compilation of last yrs quilt utubes. Its a good bonus . But not new.. since HAVE NEVER EVER missed ANY of the videos that pop up and are devoured as soon as they are on even at 2am.
I check for new videos often and I figured you were working on a Part 2! What a nice surprise to see it this morning! Thanks, Donna! I LOVE your videos! This one inspired me to look through my UFOs. I put them off because I am still a little intimidated by my Little Rebel and tabletop Cutie frame. The area i can do at one time is very limited and then just when I'm in my groove, I have to shift it again. I do my small tabletop items on my Jazz II. I don't have room for a big frame, but I love watching yours quilt. Hope to see another video soon! Thanks, again!!! Happy New Year!🎉
Thank you for the videos. They are all beautiful and your instructions are so good. Have a great New Year. I am anxiously awaiting more of your great tutorials.
"Shiny & Bright" is my favourite. I think the colour selection may have had a lot to do with that decision. Enjoyed seeing how you load a quilt onto the longarm. Thank you for your tutorials. 🙂
I have lots of tops hanging out right now….❤. I also look for backing when I’m done with the quilt top. I keep the name of the fabric from the patchwork so that I can start looking for a fabric from the line I’ve used.
Any information about this Gammil bobbin, please? Great job explaining how & why you make choices when laying the 3 layers to make the quilt, choose the color, pattern, and then choosing binding. All in your first video. Thank you fir all of the work you and the family do for us to be successful quiltmakers!
Donna, thank you for all of the hard work that you and your family put into your business and your videos! i have been quilting for 35 years and i always learn something from you. (would be thrilled if you left the music out though!)
Did you see that two of the blocks in the last quilt were sewed together incorrectly???? At the end of the video they were on the top right and bottom left. This was a fun look back over the year. Thanks for sharing
I love this, It teaches me so much on all levels . I do have a question, what color are you using on the bobbin? Is it the same color ? Thank you for all your teachings❤️
Fantastic video❣️Thank you so much for all the great knowledge you have shared throughout all the years💗 At the beginning of this video when you were quilting the quilts, I don’t think you gave the names of the quilt patterns. Would you please identify them here❓Thanks
Hi, I love your videos! I have learned so much from you!! I know it depends on the size of the quilt and the density of the quilting pattern that you decide on. But, what is the average time it takes for your machine to quilt a project start to finish? I have always wondered how a long arm machine works and your video was very informative!!! Thank you for sharing with us. Happy 2025!!
Donna did another video a few years ago about the loading and quilting. I think she said it took about 8 hours, but it also depends on the size of the quilt and the density of the pattern.
Jordan, I'm in the UK and love your quilts. I was wondering, but could you do a video on how to quilt as you go. I have a quilt I started 25 years ago and just can't afford to send it for quilting, and I would love to try and quilt it myself. It is a 9 square quilt in 3 separate rows with an accent colour in-between. Videos I have seen on TH-cam talk to technical.
I have not done much quilt as you go yet. I'll see if I can build some skill in that area and make a video. In the meantime, there are probably other channels that have tutorials to show you how.
I have a Gammill too, not computerized though. I've never just floated the batting or top, I'm gonna try that on my next one. Love batik's, great quilts in your video!
What kind of thread do you use for your quilting? Where do you get your thread? Do you use the same thread on your sewing machine as you use on your quilting machine? Thanks, Linda M

Hello Donna! It's great to see my favorite quilter!!!! Two minutes in, and I'm already learning something!
So grateful you are still producing videos.
This was so helpful. I love how you explain your thinking from thread color to quilting patterns. Thank you.

Jordan, I'm in the UK and love your quilts.

@jordanfabrics8380
You explained everything slowly and where I can understand.
Love your quilting…theses are gorgeous…such an appealing colour combinations. Do you have a list of the pattern names?
Wow 3 hrs… hope things are well. We miss you.
I have a Gammill too, not computerized though. I've never just floated the batting or top, I'm gonna try that on my next one. Love batik's, great quilts in your video!
Can you show the process of how you advance a quilt? I went from a manual long arm to computerized, and I've had a terrible learning curve.
For the star quilt I know you wanted it to show up for us, but I might have used a grey or charcoal background so it was not so intense a difference?
❤
What kind of thread do you use for your quilting? Where do you get your thread? Do you use the same thread on your sewing machine as you use on your quilting machine?
Thanks, Linda M
My favorite pattern is Calm Water.
