The game is a collection of references to the more "undesirable" parts of the Sonic fandom. Rouge's bedroom is a reference to that Eggman song from a long time ago, the force feeding is a reference to feederism and inflation, then the pregnancy is pregnancy fetishism, then the game goes to vore/unbirth fetishism, then fetal fetishism, and finally foot fetishism, beastiality and 2001: A Space Odyssey.
