This game is a seemingly simple kids game that consumes your life and turns into something akin to an eldritch horror story. I’ve been playing it since release and I still play it to this day.
I know everybody gushes about the mysteriously legitimate writing that went into this series, but I can't get over how well the dance sequence at 2:03 foreshadows Two-faced. She's taking center-stage and she's the only one completely dressed in black, singing a love song. If this were a movie, I'd roll my eyes at how obvious it is. But it's not a movie; it's Tomodachi life. Whatever story you can find in this was written by entropy and assessment. It's not even presented as a narrative AT ALL, but every piece just happened to fall into place. If this were deliberately written, it would totally ruin the appeal. There can only be a "film" like this if the stars align, and they did.
Fun fact: i had Vinesauce and Two faced on my game. And their relationship was the complete opposite as in this serie. Two faced had a crush on Vinny and she even asked him out but unfortunately he said No... Yeah, that was sad.

Nobody expected this stupid game to become such a streaming hit I'm sure Vinny only anticipated to do 2 streams of this game not 57 or more. The way the characters change within the lore is fucking amazing there is so many unintentional 4th wall breaking that its almost like it can hear vinny talk. The Tomadachi series introduced me to Southbird who at this time was just a small compilation maker for this series connecting the lore into a neatly tied story. Seeing him grow into one of Vinesauces most recognized peeps makes this even more amazing. Sorry for making this paragraph long comment but the Tomodachi series is probably the best sitcom ever with many unexpected twists and amazing moments that will be embedded into Vinesauce history as one of the base golden memes all new members should know.

To be honest, I can't watch someone else play Tomodachi Life after watching Vinny playing this game. He has memes, Celebrities that i like, Lore (Thanks to Captain Southbird), better drama than daytime television, and the music he made was hilarious. He is the reason why i brought this game and hope for Tomodachi life 2.
Plot twist: When Isaac showed up, he realized multiple mistakes in the current timeline. A timeline's equivalent of the Breakfast item. So, Isaac used his almighty D6 to reroll the timeline into what he wanted it to be. Isaac controlled everything from the start. Walrus' divorce. Vinesauce failing to propose. Bowie's death. Despite him not being in the Fallout NV game, you could say that... The game was rigged from the start.

I feel like with any other channel/series I'd call laziness on yet another compilation but the Tomodachi streams were honestly THAT good. It sounds biased, I know, but it honestly is deserving of this treatment
In my opinion, it's justified for Vinny's Tomodachi Life streams. They're long, there's a lot of them and always have something worthy of note happen in them. Compiling all of the most important stuff into a highlight reel makes it easy to keep up on the "lore" and doesn't kill all of your free time.
I mean it's made up of like probably 60 hours of streams... that would take forever to sift through and edit into an hour and half video. It's not lazy at all lol. If anything, it's far more work.

I know everybody gushes about the mysteriously legitimate writing that went into this series, but I can't get over how well the dance sequence at 2:03 foreshadows Two-faced.
She's taking center-stage and she's the only one completely dressed in black, singing a love song. If this were a movie, I'd roll my eyes at how obvious it is. But it's not a movie; it's Tomodachi life. Whatever story you can find in this was written by entropy and assessment. It's not even presented as a narrative AT ALL, but every piece just happened to fall into place.
If this were deliberately written, it would totally ruin the appeal. There can only be a "film" like this if the stars align, and they did.

Nobody expected this stupid game to become such a streaming hit I'm sure Vinny only anticipated to do 2 streams of this game not 57 or more. The way the characters change within the lore is fucking amazing there is so many unintentional 4th wall breaking that its almost like it can hear vinny talk. The Tomadachi series introduced me to Southbird who at this time was just a small compilation maker for this series connecting the lore into a neatly tied story. Seeing him grow into one of Vinesauces most recognized peeps makes this even more amazing. Sorry for making this paragraph long comment but the Tomodachi series is probably the best sitcom ever with many unexpected twists and amazing moments that will be embedded into Vinesauce history as one of the base golden memes all new members should know.

To be honest, I can't watch someone else play Tomodachi Life after watching Vinny playing this game. I Only watch this when I'm bored, and I can safely say that it's an amazing experience every time I watch it. Tomodachi Life is a trip, no matter how you play it or manage your island. There's always something that will make you come back to it.

I feel like with any other channel/series I'd call laziness on yet another compilation but the Tomodachi streams were honestly THAT good. It sounds biased, I know, but it honestly is deserving of this treatment
In my opinion, it's justified for Vinny's Tomodachi Life streams. They're long, there's a lot of them and always have something worthy of note happen in them.
Compiling all of the most important stuff into a highlight reel makes it easy to keep up on the "lore" and doesn't kill all of your free time.
Each stream is about an hour or two long. I don't think this is laziness at all.
Editing a stream takes just as much work as editing a normal video, lol.
I mean it's made up of like probably 60 hours of streams... that would take forever to sift through and edit into an hour and half video. It's not lazy at all lol. If anything, it's far more work.
