    Hello, amazing tutorial!
    FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE STUCK WITH PHYSICS SIMULATION: I was stuck on this part for a while, always took forever to go through the animation and sometimes crashed my render (Physics relies solely on CPU not GPU and I have a high-end i9 and it would still crash) what I ended up doing is changing key frames to 1-20 and on frame 20 changed pressure to -150. Then press on *Bake* (under "Cache" in physics properties) and wait for it to finish before playing the animation, that helped a lot as doing it in real time just crashed my Blender every time. Hope this helps and if this doesn't help watch "Easy Shrink Wrap Simulation With Cloth" by Ducky 3D that's how I got this fixed. good luck all

    I have a tip for anyone who's having difficulty with their blender crashing when doing the physics part: set it to bake from frames 0-9, rather than 0-30. the bake usually crashes for me around frame 15+ and what it looks like around frame 5-9 generally looks nice to me :) I was able to get a decent shrink wrap without having to crash my computer. and of course, much thanks to intra!!

      @44slowmou. 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      forget it I already solved it. enlarge the cube a bit with the help of Viewport Shading (like 8x8 squares) and look frame by frame, in frame 9 it should look perfect. I hope it will help you :D

    I was doing great until I got to the shrinkwrap. Would you have any idea why my cap shows through the cloth while the bottle portion never fully shrinks or how to fix it? It just hovers over the bottle portion as if it's only shrinking into the cap. I made sure I collided everything and that the bottle moves as one so im stuck.

    • @Nuns341

      if anyone has problem with this just go to materials tab, under setting change the blend mode to anything besides opaque and then change the alpha value on Principal BSDF

    fun one, especially the intro lol. One thing I wanted to note is that you can add all your HDRI's to your ''hotbar'' in the preferences>lighting>HDRI there you can add the files to your blender for any project in the future as long as you do not move your HDRI's through the render viewport hdri option menu, you know, where they put the stock hdris when you deselect ''scene world''.

    u did a little *cough cough* when you mentioned those using their macbook for rendering hehe, and i am guilty of being one of those people 🙈🙈 i did try to get a big boy setup tho: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB, and 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9. i guess my question is - what is the proper set up?

    • @intr4
      @intr4  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, nodes kinda become muscle memory after a while, study up on documentation for different node combinations- daniel kraft on yt does mad breakdowns of what each node does etc... the more u use em the easier it gets

    Hey thanks so much for the tutorial. Question: if your bottle is showing through around this tutorial's 37:00 mark, what can we adjust to fix that? (all objects of the bottle have 'collision' clicked)

    • @intr4
      @intr4  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thats okay! Later on in the tutorial i do some sculpting (45:00) u can use the elastic deform tool to drag the mesh a teeny bit so it doesnt intersect with the bottle (unless its Completely gone thru it, in which case u have to keep experimenting with the physics properties until it works)
