I had the same exact issue with a pedal commander, that one would shut off car and throw crazy amounts of codes. Now I have a banks pedal monster and it plugs into the obd port and I have stabili issues.

Did they check your actual sensors ?
They said everything checked ok by diagnostics. I've never replaced any of the sensors
I’m having issues now I have a evolution cts3 tune plugged in. Issues started about 3 months ago I wonder if that’s the problem?
I have a friend that has had a banks i dash plugged in for months with no issues. He started getting the same thing and unplugged it and no issues since (its been almost 2 weeks now) I would definitely unplug it and see if it goes away

Do you have anything plugged into diagnostics port under dash? If so i would unplug and see if that helps but with it doing it when you get a good bump it makes me think of a wheel speed sensor
@@CFarmer I have a 2016 Tahoe it does the same thing. When I hit a bump it go's off and on. Did you find anything out? let me know. Thanks
I have a throttle controller and most likely that should be my issue
Mine only has that problem when I have a poorly wired trailer. Hasn't happened at all when I'm going back home only when I'm hooked up.
I had a cheap.obd2 adapter for gauges plugged in the port and that was my issue. I found it by accident.

It's a bluetooth adapter that plugs into the obd2 port under the dash on drivers side. I had it to read boost and egt but I've noticed if I plug anything in to the port my stabilitrak light comes on and off.
What is it called and where can I get one?

I had a diagnostics tool plugged into the obd2 port, and it was malfunctioning. I removed the obd2 adapter, and it's been perfect since. I figured it out when i removed the plug to use on another vehicle and the other vehicle instantly had same issues as soon as i plugged into it. There was never an issue with the truck. Just the tool malfunctioning

I have a 2018 Silverado 5.3 4WD. Mine would be intermittent as well, but most of time on. But after upgrade my 18” stock wheels/tires to aftermarket 20’s with different TPMS installed. The STABILTRAK light seems to been gone now. Wondering if the TPMS relearning tool fixed it? 🤔 🤷🏻♂️. Well it’s gone though 👍🏽
