I LOVE this reaction! This is one of my most favorite songs ever. It just deserves a certain amount of reverence, and you caught that right away. Anyone who wasn't fortunate enough to see Kansas live in the late 70s/early 80s really missed out. They're still amazing, and if you get the chance to see them don't miss it, but they were just magical in their heyday.
Back in the day when this was hot for some reason Kansas NEVER played in Nebraska. I lived there so a buddy and I had to go to Red Rocks, CO (God's Cathedral). Very well worth the trip and a nice ride on a couple of Harleys with our girls. 600 miles round trip with roughly $1.00 gas Hell yeah.😎😎😎😎 I've seen them since then with the new band members in Reno (former Harrah's outdoor venue) Still killin' it. I still have this LP./Album. Carry on Wayward Sun. Point of Know Return. "Don't hang on, nothing lasts forever but the Earth and sky, it slips away, and all your money won't another minute buy".
Following up a big hit like Leftoverture and "Carry on Wayward Son" was daunting, especially for a band like Kansas that has never really trafficked in hit singles. The fifth album, Point of Know Return, solidified their popularity, selling 4 million copies in the U.S. alone according to the RIAA. It generated hits with the title track and the iconic ballad “Dust in the Wind,” as well as popular favorites “Sparks of the Tempest” and “Closet Chronicles.” - 2023 Ultimate Classic Rock
Brings me back to my childhood
Beautiful reaction to this amazing song. Thank you ✌️💕☮️
A Tremendous song, that Only Kansas could give it justice, and rightfully so.
What a meaningful haunting song.

It's a crime that Kansas isn't in the rock and roll hall of fame.
FIRE!...Im thankful for the amazing artists/music of our great past! All we see and do is only stardust in the wind.
"Kansas" is an amazing group of fantastic musicians. Other songs I recommend are: "Song for America", "Miracles Out of Nowhere", and "The Wall".
Great reaction!! Pure talent!
This song is very profound. Just think about it. Everything is dust in the wind because everything here today will eventually be gone in the future.
