Definitely good episode on the new structure. My stand on it is I’m neutral ,I have a wife ,kids and a 9-5 so I can play at so many events this season but imma make the most of this season.Im definitely competing towards my invite and also have my own personal goals i definitely wanna hit
    1.Get on stream
    2.Day 2 a regional
    3.Win a regional or get a top 8 at a huge event,whatever comes first
4.Improve as player and improve on my fundamentals
Hope everyone hits their goals this season 🙌🏾🙌🏾.Im just ready to get on the grind again and compete in the game I love

I’m curious when ID’ing will occur in the new Swiss system. Do you ID if you’re undefeated towards the end of day 1 to guarantee a spot into day 2 or do you absolutely save your IDs until day 2

I think one noteworthy thing about less rounds = harsher bubbles is that there will be less people in day 2. This makes the bubbles less harsh than you’d initially think. (They might still be worse, just not as worse as you think)

I get the hate on San Francisco - I don't think it is nearly as bad as you are saying. Certainly a much better option than Hawaii from a money standpoint for travelling.

A lot of people essentially bought an invite this year by being able to go to every major. I think they should've done something like 1 ic finish and 2-3 regional finishes to avoid people just purchasing an invite. I think top 125 is fine but they should've made bfl's lower for majors cause a certain portion of the top whatever will just be the people that could go to all three IC's. This is a step in the right direction tho, worlds shouldn't be achievable for people that just started playing and haven't even fully learned the game like it has been in the past. It's not an achievement if that's the case

It's funny . To think a circuit of tournaments around the world is somehow elitist for thinking that you have more time and the ability to travel to them gives you an advantage... What do people expect. And what reality do you live in where if you compete more in a competition you don't have an advantage

It's mostly the issue of lower skilled players getting it over higher skilled players because they traveled to more events. The top players who complained wanted a more skilled worlds, this system mostly makes it more exclusive, which isn't exactly the same thing.
