You would be in for a surprise if you actually did go back to a previous save after killing Toriel. Slight spoilers, Flowey gives you a hard time about it. I don’t play too many video games, but it caught me off guard when I saw videos of what he tells you. A scary game for me as a kid was Star Wars Dark forces. There’s a level where you have to capture a weapons guy but he’s hiding in a sewer system. You have to navigate the sewer and occasionally you’ll hear and see sewer monsters that attack you. It’s really unsettling especially if your headlamp dies and you’re completely in the dark. Great video
