  • To get back to your feet from the bottom position, you will need the right moves in your arsenal. The stand up is a technique that can help you escape your opponent’s control and get back to a neutral position.
    The stand up starts by making sure your ankle is past your knee. You will then stand up on both feet. After taking control of your opponent’s wrist and creating hip separation, you will look to the ceiling and turn away.
