From the name of it, I thought this would be some great wrestling move in terms of like, actually treating wrestling as a combat modality. Little did I realise the whole point is to end up back where you started with 2 points. Oh golly, 2 points!!! Listen, I respect the sport, I get there's room for points, it's just... such a cool sounding technique... I was hoping it would have real world value.
I find the value in turn overs is when there is too much momentum in one direction, usually off a takedown and you sort of end up back into position, I agree turnovers shouldn't be scored but there is some value in them.

you can maybe use it as a reversal if someone tries to get up, spin them back over, maybe stop halfway and transition to a backtake?
