- 👋 Here is the all new 2024 Toyota Tacoma TDR Sport! This new 2024 Tacoma even has the Premium Package which adds a lot of creature comforts and technology! For the 4th generation Toyota Tacoma, you'll find a 2.4L inline 4 cylinder engine producing 278 horsepower and 317 pound feet of torque. The 2024 Tacoma even has a new 8 speed automatic transmission. A 6 speed manual is still available for the 4th generation Tacoma. The Hybrid engine will be coming soon for the 2024 Tacoma as well. This 2024 Tacoma is the TRD Sport 4WD featuring the TRD Sport Premium Package. This package is $8,500. 5ft bed, 8 way power front seats, JBL sound system, AC power inverter, heated leather steering wheel, trailer brake controller and the power sliding rear window. The sunroof is actually a stand alone option. Base price of a 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport is $39,450 but with the options this TRD Sport was $55,000. Overall the all new 4th generation 2024 Toyota Tacoma is a great truck! The new power plant drives so much smoother and has much more power than the old V6. The new transmission shifts seamless and is a breeze to drive! I love the new interior on the 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. You'll see some nice trim and a nice two tone on the fabric seats. Plenty of room for the front seat passengers and its very comfortable. Back seats leave a bit to be desired. On the cramp side and they lack amenities like a center arm rest and air vents. The door panel arm rest is just plastic too. No padding. The tech in the 2024 Tacoma is up to date and easy to use. I felt super comfortable in the new Tacoma and driving it really felt like a solid truck. Smooth power delivery and a comfortable ride really makes the 2024 Tacoma a great truck around town. Excited to see more of the 2024 Tacoma lineup!
I can't wait to take delivery of my 2024 Toyota Tacoma and start on the modifications along with sharing the ownership experience and what this truck is like overall! Stay tuned!!

Got mine last Monday I know it’s expensive but it might be the last vehicle I buy for a really long time until it dies because I absolutely love this truck
Nice! Yeah we really like driving them!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed me too just happy my dealer came at at the right number for me
Even though the TRD Pro and Limited are my favorite trims, this TRD Sport is nothing to sneeze at! We're just as excited as you are about your future Taco!
Yeah this was a very well spec'd truck!
Love my '24 Taco!
Sweet! I can’t wait for mine!
Unfortunately, $55,000 is a lot to ask. This Trd sport with a premium package should be 45,000 max. I don’t understand what Toyota is thinking and this is coming from a Toyota fanboy of 20 years.
Like everything else and even the competition, cost for vehicles has increased. Crazy to see, but that’s the car market right now.
I agree with you about that Tacoma price 45 k for new generation Cameras all over but 4 cylinder is
more expensive for 55k,
@@jawadamani__It’s a sweet truck though!
Got mine fully loaded 50k out the door. Find the right dealer and haggle. Doesn’t work ? Try another dealer lol. That’s what I did..
@@BrosFOURRSpeed What just the looks?
Got an SR5 . Surprisingly smooth. Easy to speed. Rides better and quicker than the 2017 I had.
Nice! Yeah it has a lot of good upgrades
I got the blue crush.. the nice handling and smooth transmission and that awesome none functioning hood scoop sold me lol. .
Cool! Yeah these drive very well for sure! Hood scoop does look cool at least lol
Even though I love Toyota’s, the new engine and transmission is enough to make me wait and see how they perform before dropping that much money.
Yeah we'll definitely have to see how these stand up to being in a truck. Hopefully tet are reliable.
I ordered this exact truck in ice white. ETA late June . Price was not an issue with me as I sold my Aviator and only ended up
Oh cool. Should enjoy it!
Part of the problem☝️
I just traded my 2018 tacoma in for the 2024 tacoma TRD off-road it's so much better then the 3 generation better frame just better build so much torque l don't miss my 2018 tacoma V6 at all
Nice! Yeah I sold my 2017 to buy a new one! Hopefully will order later this year once my GR86 sells
It's nice but I would like fatter fenders and wheels pushed out. I like that TRD front skid plate to show. Basically prefer a sportier look.
Yeah they look a bit skinny stock. But I'm sure a nice lift and wheels would look cool!
Isn't the sport premium supposed to come with 18" wheels?
I believe they are 18” wheels.
With the towing guide lines engaged, and in reverse, does this have the straight line back up assist? push button control on the media screen?
I'm not too sure. I didn't mess with it that detailed. I'll have to check that out next time
@@BrosFOURRSpeed NONE of the TH-cam videos break that down, or show actual towing with both functions, but there are a TON of Tundra videos that show both features, actually towing a trailer! This is the one very important feature that I am looking for in the Tacoma.
@@dougmead7669 I can’t tow with a truck I don’t own, so I wouldn’t be able to show that. I’ll be buying one and could show that at some point though.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I guess thats why Tundra has happy employees and great videos!
@@dougmead7669 what’s that mean?
Can you compare a Tundra with about the same add-ons? I feel, that, at 55k I would really need to do my homework. Or against a Ranger Raptor.
You’d be getting a base tundra for that cost, so an equivalent Tundra would cost a lot more. The Ranger raptor also starts at $55K, so with options will cost more as well.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed About what I was thinking. But wanted to hear it from you. Toyota kind of botched the roll out of this truck.
Beautiful truck, 55k is steep tho
Yeah, the competition is similar though.
I got my 23 off road 4x4 for 45k loaded except leather.
Nice! I might go for a spec like that!
Me personally I’m not a fan of the bulky look and how they’re changing it to look like a tundra I’ll stick with my 2nd gen with 360k miles 😃
I think it looks a lot better! I really liked my 2nd and 3rd gen, but I like this a lot!
So small. Wish they would add about 4-5” to the cabin.
Where in the cabin? Not much different than my 3rd gen.
2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab Half Cab 4X4!
Yeah the new 2024 Tacoma is pretty cool!
Hi
Hey!
HI
Top speed is 106 mph?
Roughly. Not that anyone buying the Tacoma needs to go over 80mph anyway.
Help customers$$$$
ASK TOYOTA FOR 2500 less MSRP and 8 years of powertrain warranty.
THAT IS GOOD OPTION
THE TOYOTA WILL PUT THESE TACOMAS SELLING BACK ON TRACK .
Not a bad way to go
Not a bad video but I will have to say the dash looks really cheap you can tell it's 90% plastic really cheap plastic it kind of reminds me of a little kids toy the third generation looks much more better Quality Inn beefier and that 4-cylinder motor is a joke. I'm not sure why you're giving up your real truck for this disgrace of a truck, you need to ask yourself the 3.5 V6 has 278 horsepower, The 4 cylinder turbo has 278 horsepower. Now let's think to ourselves how are they getting the same amount of horsepower out of a 4-cylinder motor with turbo, so let's think about this the turbo is making a 4-cylinder motor put out just as much power as the 3.5 V6 absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever heard because that turbo is going to put the limits on that little four cylinder what it is doing is trying to squeeze more power when there is none so guarantee that motor is going to work hard, just to pull the weight of the truck around and if you 5000 lbs think about how much strain is on that motor so that motor is not going to last guaranteed eventually will probably blow a head gasket, Toyota did not do themselves any favors there's no benefit to this except for diminishing the reliability you are getting rid of your third generation for this, you don't know too much about mortars in vehicles if you actually think this is better you can ask any mechanic in this planet and they will tell you don't waste your money keep the 3.5 V6. Unless you talk to a Toyota mechanic they get paid to lie and to promote these motors you get rid of your third generation quality Tacoma who knows you'll probably never get another one because I really don't Toyota is going to Spartan Up can go back to the 3.5 V6 tried tested and true.
I can’t wait for it! Turbos have been around for a long time, so it’s nothing new. I’ll be towing with it too, it’ll be a great truck.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed yep they have been here for a while you're being deceived by Toyota but that's okay sometimes people have to learn the hard way right it is what it is, you should definitely educate yourself turbos I've been around for a while inside cars usually smaller cars that don't pull a lot of weight and they don't weigh a lot neither so there is no strain on the motor very little and the little cars are not pushing out a large amount of horsepower. In a truck the motor is going to be working five times harder pulling the weight of the truck and pulling extra weight in the back so that motor is going to work a lot harder than I would inside of a little car, we've already got our answers from the tundra lot of those mortars are blowing I need to be replaced the turbos are trying to squeeze out more power than the mortar can handle Tacoma's going to do the same thing and the faith of it is it going to be the same thing how's the tundra.
@@truthnow902 that’s fine if you don’t want one…have a nice day.
No V6 and to much good bye toyota said
Can’t wait to get mine!
Hey man you're the sales agent so you think to buy it no one stop you but still 4 cylinders cost way too high...... shut up you talked to much:
I’m not a sales agent…but how would you film this review and talk less? Just going over what the truck has to offer..
Go be ignorant somewhere else!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed stop trying sale me overpriced Tacoma. Shut up you talked two much.
@@Clarkeisawesome again, not trying to sell anyone anything, and again you didn’t answer the question.
Have a nice day and good luck..
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I was mocking the original comment, not you. I like your videos. Nice RS3.
Ugly and overpriced.
Won't be everyones taste. Do you like the GM trucks better? or the Ranger?
