Bin immer wieder beeindruckt.
This is on a whole different level, from what I know of in China, Germany, Japan and the USA! I I take it that it would be used in a steel mill ! The 1-ton multitool is a first of a kind! for me!!!! I am so hopeful for these guys safety ! wow ! Some safety boots and glasses would do so much for them! Wow!
what an awesome video! the level of detail in the manufacturing process is impressive. however, i can’t help but wonder how much of this is environmentally friendly. i mean, with all the machinery and resources involved, there’s gotta be a conversation about sustainability, right? wouldn't mind hearing more about that perspective.
What would be awesome is seeing those guys produce parts or upgrades for thier shop. Making it from what we see now a normal decent shop with protections but made by them. That would be cool.
what was they trying to achieve by dropping a weight on a hot plate. It didn’t seem to change anything. Maybe it warped in the furnace and they were flattening it out but It didn’t look like anything a machine couldn’t square up. Just not sure why it was in the furnace in the first place. Oh and he didn’t degrease before painting.
Amazing what they make even if tolerances don’t exist or the welding is horrific, still somebody will buy it and wonder why it fell apart 3 months later.
Yeah, I love the paint preparation. I wonder how long the paint will actually stick to the surface. I’m sure it looks pretty for a day a week maybe a month but I’d like to see it after a year. It’s all flaking off.
@10:00 If the company could only purchased a horizontal milling machine with a long travel bed or cutter head that travels that could hold big circular cutting tools with replaceable cutting tips then the time and quality of product would be greatly improved. 😀. P.s. I am in no way knocking this machining shop just saying how one piece of equipment would work wonders. 🙂.
The team of designers of the chief engineer who designed this gearbox is not qualified and failed: 1. Observe the overall structure of the gearbox and the construction conditions; With its existing construction tools, there is no reason to divide the work piece into three parts, and two joint surfaces are used; A reasonable partition only requires two parts and uses a single bonding surface. 2. Appropriate bonding surfaces, which can be: a. The common plane that exists in the extension line of the three gear shafts. b. The plane perpendicular to the center of the gear shaft extension line. 3. If there are no other special needs, my personally thinks that b. It is more reasonable, as long as there is no error in the measurement, the bearings at both ends of the three shafts, combined with the simultaneous construction, the shaft hole will be more accurate, and other bolt holes also save a lot of measurement work. Personally, I don't think that b. there are any difficulties in assembly.
Up until now, the biggest scraper on TH-cam belonged to Fireball Tools. Also, check out that lazy ol' fart with the sunglasses, just sitting on his lawn chair. That's GOT to be the chief engineer.
For the sake of Allah, get some proper wrenches and maybe a pair of steel tip boots or something to cover your toes maybe I a pair of gloves too and I know how about some safety glasses you guys sure like living on the edge but you’re good at polluting that’s for sure
Not good practice to bore frame for bearings with clean faces then final assembly adding thick gaskets. Gearbox won't last long. Interesting method of assembly of shafts and gears also bearings onto shafts.😢

If the safety Nazis moved in on this factory, no more production, no more employment, no more company. They would become uncompetitive and the end would be disastrous for the local economy. Don’t try to impose western standards on this scenario. 😡
Hello my friends, I am the inspector from OSHIT. Looks fine, carry on!
You guys are crazy. A hard hat or safety shoes would be useless, but you produce some awesome things.
I look forward to seeing more of your content.
Dangerous work. So You might get to see the Work, without a few of the Guys.
The level of effort these men and women are putting in is absolutely incredible!
Wonderful hard working people.
Love from India you are doing the great. One day I will visit all of you.
Anyone know of an African equivalent industry?

To think I used to machine gearboxes the size of a small house in the 1970’s to a 0.001” that ended up in sugar cane mills, this makes me weep .
That gearbox is a hell of a lot better than a cast iron version which would shatter in extreme duties such as a log haul in a sawmill
I ran a planner in the US in papermills. Loved the flat work. Broadnose for a great finish
Planner, or planer.
One is a notebook, the other is a metal tool
to scrape an edge.
What a job! That gear box is huge!!! Is it going in a ship? I'm glad it's them and not me. Good job though.
Thank you thank you 👍🇮🇳🇱🇷🐲☕
They have no engineers, all are technicians.
1. It is easier to manufacture, and easier to service.

What is this gearbox for? You should have explained this, or accompanied it with a video of how and for what purpose it is used
Probably for heavy duty sheet bending, to build tanks

Neat and clean
Magnífico trabalho desses caras

Clean tidy work area and all the proper safety equipment
and that it is hard to see clean gearbox inside before assemble

100% Nightmare fuel for OHSA folks
At 20:15 the men moving the rectangle blocks of metal, they must weigh 125 pounds each ,they have their safety shoes on.
What are those gearbox and gears used for?
The question remains: How can so many people, in so many countries, across so many professions, NOT know the correct way to use an adjustable wrench?
Suddenly curious: do all these guys have to down tools and pray five times a day??
Covering dirty rust with paint, working with bearings on a dirt floor - definitely in need of quality control.
I have never seen a planer of that size before. I wonder how old it is.
I used to operate a hydraulic planer that size in my apprenticeship in the 1960’s. Also in an industrial gearbox plant in Australia.🇳🇿🇳🇿
Dobra? To obraz nędzy i rozpaczy.

Can anyone give an example of what they use these gearboxes for?
What machine has such a gear box?
What's the purpose of this gearbox? the ratios look to be the same...
good
What is the life expectancy for these workers
Can anyone explain please! What are they for? Yeah the Gear boxes. Thanks

Not the greatest safety record, but at least they use steel calipers 😂
As an engineer this truly makes me sick. This is manufacturing technology of the 1800’s. Warranty to the frontdoor.
I'm sure all the dust, grit, and metal shavings are there to aid in wear in processes, lol

It is wonder why there are no set pins btween gearbox frames, Are there any special alignment methods ?
they rely on the bearings? quite simple to use set pins
