    The market in Thailand makes no sense at the moment. I have never met anyone paying these inflated prices - normally the people you meet have gotten their condos cheaper than expected. Do Thais really pay these prices ? I think this is landlords having an expensive unit available as a benchmark to justify prices hikes for existing tenants in other units imho.

      Supply and demand creates the prices, if no one will pay the asking price it either sits empty or the price comes down, obviously there are cheaper units out there, but there are a lot of more expensive condos around too. Keep watching we are going to show a 3,000 USd a month condo very soon!

    Can you explain why 3 agents show the same property in one week and they all list a different price?
    And why does it take 3 days to arrange a showing only to find out that the property was already rented?

    • @perfecthomeschiangmai
      @perfecthomeschiangmai  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi @MichaelClaffy , I think Jon in Chiang Mai has shown this particular unit recently and another quality channel showed the building just recently too but not the unit. our video was actually recorded around 3 weeks ago to the prices do move and this condo rate has dropped since recording the video.. But for the latest prices in this building check out this link for all our current listings at the ONE CONDO and see the property in the video is lowest listing price at this time - perfecthomes.co.th/feature/the-one-condo-chiang-mai/
      With regards to your comments on why it takes three days to arrange a viewing, well currently I cannot see any records in our database of you contacting us or any of our agents, But sometimes it can take time to confirm the availability as we have to contact owners or property managers directly and they can often take time to reply.

    Rental prices in Thailand seem to be rising every day.. 🤔

      the demand for properties in Chiang Mai is at one if its all time highs and there are many more options then in the past. But I would say rates are rising you are right.

      You may well be right, but we will need to wait and see where the rental rates in this building settle as this is a new building and owners are always looking for the highest rates at the start.

    I would fear kids running out the patio doors because it is the road. A high lock on the doors would be wise.

    Probably one of the more disappointing units I've seen at that price range. However I could definitely Do without some of the building amenities That could offset price.
