That is a great area. I stayed at Nimman Mai Design around the corner for 2 weeks. The view out that window showed a plaza where I hired visa agents to help me with an extension. Also, the coffee shop at the base of the building has digital nomads in it sometimes.

@@perfecthomeschiangmai Keeps getting put back. Waiting for the sale on our house to complete. Hopefully between 15th July and first week of August now, is when we will arrive. Keep us in mind for a nice place that takes a cat :-)
Sounds like your arrival is getting closer and closer. I do have a couple of options for you, if you need a temporary stay while looking for a long term rental. That are pet friendly.

Hearing the plane in the background makes me think this isn't worth more than 2-300 month tbh. I probably wouldn't stay here even if i got it for that price either :S
you are right, Nimman is an anomaly with the plan noise and the buzz about it, it is certainly not the quietest places in Chiang Mai to live, but it is still the most popular locations out and units in this building do not last long.
I'll be looking for something close to this or Liv / Palm Springs in April for 6 months. Looks good 👍
