There was a lot of folks that did not come forward after Jeffrey Dahmer were caught because during that time be out and proud was not a thing or they were just in the closet but had escaped Jeffrey's grasp and I was one of them. I am so glad to be alive today and only told the story to 2 people that I know. Crazy thing is I ended up having sex with Tracy years after Jeffrey Dahmer. He looks nothing now how he looked before. I think drugs which led to homelessness and the horrors of living that nite has taken a toll on him.

Not true. It was discovered by an independent witness he did not in fact push the guy into the Milwaukee River but tried to stop the other guy. That is why he was released. I live in Milwaukee and I had sex with Tracey. I am gay Black male and more than likely he went to Dahmer's home under the prelude of money for sex. He is what you call a street trade. Tracy Edwards now is homeless and living on the streets and he killed someone and now is in prison. I feel bad for Tracy Edwards and your right he did deserve alot more and he escaped a mad man a serial killer that killed 17 men and he almost could have died too. The fact that he was in a bad place with Jeffery Dahmer and didn't know what to do especially when Jeffery snapped he managed to save himself and escape he was a hero and then he got nothing and his life wasn't the same after Jeffery Dahmer was caught he had to testify and re live the situation all over again and it messed up his head badly. He was the ONLY man who fought back while others could NOT*** Jeffery Dahmer caused so much pain to so many ppl. He is dead now but the victims haven't found their peace and neither have the families. Oxford Apartments are all gone and there was no memorial for the victims. They all died one of them did try to escape when he was laying unconscious and the COPS brought him back to Dahmer thinking they were lovers. Jeffery Dahmer is in hell now but I don't think that DEVIL would not want him there either b/c Jeffery Dahmer was the devil himself.... Where ever Jeffery Dahmer is he left a chilling legacy. "The Interviewer" , Geraldo Rivera, was and is a total scum bag. These exploitative shows were everywhere in the late 80s - mid 90s but his was the worst . May be because he had two sides, and show us his best one. May be there is some schizophrenia. Tracy Edwards was the only one who saw Dahmer’s worse and remain alive.
At the court he said that JD kinda switched between two personalities. The one as we know and second - violent and aggressive, and even hos facial/body features suddenly had been changed. I believe he was deeply sick.

No it's probably similar to what is coined as 2nd rape. Rape victim takes rapists to trial and it is almost as if she is put on trial on having to relive every minor detail of her experience, hence the term 2nd rape. So one could only imagine Mr. Edward's mind frame.

Because I think that is the way we have been conditioned and some yt people even count on it. I lived and still live in Milwaukee Wisconsin. That area where it happened has gone to sh*t. It was not as bad back then as it was described in the media, but I get it, that is to add more context to the movie. I had lived in the area at least 4 years before the Dahmer reign of terror and it was an area frequented by quite a few college students from Marquette University and it was ok to live in. But now it is the scariest sh*t over there. I have not lived over there in almost 30 years. When I do go to the area I am usually on the expressway. The Milwaukee Bucks basketball arena Fiserv Forum is not too far. Back then it was called the Milwaukee Auditorium where all sports venues were. The Bradley Center which preceded Fiserv Forum had not been built yet. In it's place of the Bradley center there was also a Mc Donald's and Ambrosia Chocolate Factory where Dahmer had apparently worked 3rd shift. It was there they discovered he was bringing some of the heads to work and keeping in his locker.

The graphic memoir "My Friend Dahmer" by Derf Backderf is outstanding. Backderf (who wrote and drew it) knew Dahmer in high school. Not only is the story interesting on its own, but it also provides a look at what R. Crumb calls a "sinister" 1970s adolescent world. People always think that "these kids today" are awful, but quite frankly, a lot of things have changed for the better since then!
