I really wouldn't know how to answer the overweight/obese question, as there are so many degrees to it. A few extra pounds is fine while morbidly obese is not. And it also depends on how the fat is distributed on the body. Some women are fortunate and have a good distribution, others get it in all the wrong places. It's just not something I can give a blanket answer to.

Some guys I know have that issue. Their GFs always want to do something, to go out for a nice dinner, etc. spending 150 to 300€ per restaurant visit. They also waste a lot of money on shopping, or worse, weekend vacations. And then they come and complain about why there is no money left for savings and that they need to work together in order to save money. A guy of mine was like "honey, you wanted that vacation and that expensive dinner" and she was like "don't criticize me!" and then continued the same old.
Where the fuck are all of you eating??? The most i have ever spent with my wife was $80 for a luxurious dinner of 6 courses, for both of us, including drinks... Usually we'd spend maybe 20 bucks on a nice dinner. But we live in Europe so we don't tip... I dunno. Spending over a 100 dollars for one meal seems insane to me. And we are very well off... Like, we'd be fine if we never work another minute in our lives.

This is absolutely true. Neither men nor women know how tall people are just by looking at them. I’m 6’3 and people ask me how tall I am then when I tell them they always say “no you’re taller than that” why would I lie to make myself shorter and if you know how tall I am why did you ask?

Took the tests with my wife (under the assumption we were single), she was at like 12% and so was I. We also ran under the assumption that the overweight and obese calculations were probably stupidly unrealistic (the girl with jeans sitting could be overweight).
It’s women that start giving stupid numbers on height and income that skew the stats and are massively unrealistic.
They say “200k” not realizing how few men make anything close to that and will probably never make half that. It ain’t that the guy is lazy, his field just doesn’t make that kind of money.
They say over 6 feet, not realizing they just eliminated like 85% of men on the planet. Dude ain’t getting taller.

The height thing is an American issue, because in Europe they use CMs to measure height, not meters. 6 feet sounds like a nice round number, and it’s not terribly far off average, so they just pick 6 feet. If European women used meters, they’d say 1 or 2… 1 being under four feet tall, 2 being almost 6’7.
Never mind a guy that is 6 feet tall is in fact pretty tall, not a giant by any stretch, but tall.

I'm married now but in the past when I was dating I never once had "criteria" for a woman other than I find her attractive and she's not an idiot. On another note a friend of my wife is desperate to get married but she's turned down every guy she's met. She's overweight, has a low paid job, has zero hobbies or interests but judges every guy so harshly and rejects them all. Then she talks about how she can't meet the right guy.

I think everybody ends up maturing at some point, and that a log of these women would actually consider somebody that doesn't fit their criteria if they meet them in REAL life. The thing is, if you use online dating, you are made to think you can land those top profiles. In return this makes you completely disregard average profiles of people that, if you met in real life, you would actually consider dateable.

I put in what I hear the most often:
6’+, 60K, Educated, Any Race, Single, Loyal, Non-religious, Healthy, Straight, and 6”+
There’s only 3,887 people that fit this description in the US. Women’s standards are getting insane.
Remove educated, 6 ft tall and 60k+ and the standard aren’t that crazy actually. Like single, loyal, any race, healthy isn’t high standard at all.

The average income in the US is 37k, meaning that 60+ is more than 50% higher than the average, also when women say over 60 they may not want 61-62 but 80-100 or even more, so when I look at the numbers of income roughly 20% of men make 60k or oer. Add that to the 6ft or more which is just 14.5% of the US male population. So lets get the math right. You say it is not crazy, but height alone excludes more 85% of the male population, so roughly 1.5 in every 10 men remain. Ok fine then add the income thing I mentioned earlier from the remaining 15% we cut another 80% based on income leaving us with 3% of men remaing just based on income and height. If we also cut more based on being single and loyal, because lets be honest a guy in that caliber would be chased by many women, may not be either of these things it leaves women with less than 1%, that is before you include all the other bs women would reject men for like having not their prefered hair or eye color, having an android instead of an iphone and other random bs. So the so called ,,not crazy" preference leaves you with less than 3% and if you add the other stuff leaves you with less than 1%. Overall it means you can see 100 men i na room and in all those men not even 1 may answer these ,,not crazy" standards. Also we forget 1 small fact will that man want these women for relationships? In most cases the answer is no.

The two are not the same, weight is almost always controllable and height is uncontrollable. My soon to be husband is 6'4", and honestly while I find him very attractive, having a huge height difference can be annoying, especially if you like going dancing! I've done the math. Less than ten percent of men in the U.S. are *both* (a) six feet or taller, and (b) making six figures a year. That would mean that almost all men 6' plus are making 6 figures, and almost no men below that height are, which is obviously false. It's probably more like 3-4% of men, of whom the vast majority are older and married. Men make more as they get older. Most 6 figure earners are in their 40s 50s and 60s. The delusion calculator screens for all that. Men 6' tall under 45 years not obese not married earning 6 figures are way less than 1%, it's like 0.2% or something

You haven't done the math, it's less than THREE percent. 14.5% are 6ft+, 17% are 100k+, which comes out to be 2.45%. Now, if we also add in not just "thin" but "athletic/muscular", this number drops below 1%.
Probably not accounting for those men that are 6ft +, six figures, and heterosexual and wanting their own race and be their age range and educational level. That number shrinks considerably. And if these men are attractive these women have to be ok with the fact they might have to share him.
The obesity thing seems normal to me. If the person being asked is not obese, then it is normal that they would also look for someone that is not obese. If you're fit, you should uphold that standard and look for someone that is also fit, so that they can do similar activities and keep up with you. I'm an introvert and extroversion is an irreconcilable difference, creative / artist, spend a lot of time at home, vegan, want kids someday, pro-life (culturally, most of India is), traditional (culturally again, there's almost no hook up culture at all in India, predominantly serious relationships, and 1.3% divorce rate)... etc. The only way I'm having any chance of compatibility, is to go back to India, and date a traditional Hindu vegetarian girl, otherwise I'm fucked. You can lower your standards on physical attributes, but values are something you really can't compromise on.
I think that's why we now hear about American men turning to countries outside of the USA for girls who might be more likely to appreciate a guy with reasonable expectations and somewhat traditional values.
