I like that this builder did not clear-cut all of the trees from the lot as most developers do. The textured bathroom tiles are different and a nice touch.
Personally, I would use it as a music area with a couple of velvet/suede, cozy chairs, with coordinating ottomans, the kind you can sink into, with a nice stereo system against the far right wall, facing the room... Surround sound speakers, and a small wine cabinet! 😊😊😊

It’s a very nice house. The only thing that I don’t never understand is why why why? Do they always build houses with such small closets for the clothes? I cannot ever understand this. The rooms are pretty good sizes. The rest of the houses really nice but the closest my God they are so tiny..
Not particularly. I currently live in central coastal OR (just moved here from PA about a year ago). I didn't move here by choice - it just kinda happened. I'm liking the OR pacific coast, but I might like a house in Ringgold GA someday. Do you know of anyone that does video home tours there?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours the open area, at the top of the stairs, before the primary suite, could be another cozy spot. I can see a large sized-sectional w/chaise and a large screen TV, there... Homes in the USA are lumber-framed and most of the time are encapsulated with OSB or plywood, and sometimes with a cheaper "cardboard-like" sheathing/wrap. Then the siding is put on. Either fiber-cement, rarely vinyl, and other times brick. The brick provides protection from the elements to the wrapped lumber framing, but it's not structural. It doesn't support any weight minus the brick pieces stacked above it. Does that make sense and does that help answer your question?
@@TerenceRichardsonTours no it does because not all homes are timber framed. My parents home is was built in the 50’s and is solid brick. There are many homes in the USA that are made from solid brick this may just be in the area you reside in but there are thousands of homes on the east coast that are made from solid brick
@@TerenceRichardsonTours I have seen new build custom homes that are solid brick when I was looking at purchasing earlier this year. There are many homes on the market that are made out of solid brick aswell as homes made out of concrete they are just not that common.
@@Kev4Kev I'm not saying there aren't homes built like that. However, to be clear, you asked about the home in this video which is from a production builder and then offered examples of custom built homes. Those are two very different things.
What did you love best about this new build? Let me know!

Thanks Larry! I always enjoy reading your comments. Have a great day and thanks for being a part of our community here!
that space in the entrance is perfect for a bench and some hangers for coats!
That would be a great idea actually, but then you have to stare at the coats!
Not at the front of the house, no. A better idea, could possibly be a custom made, built-in closet that could hide the coats, maybe?!?

Definitely agree! It's a shame when they do. I know it's expensive to take trees down, but it takes forever to regrow them...

I'd want a window in that master closet.
Would certainly bring in some nice light!

Builders really should build bigger closets, agreed 💯
The house is quite pretty, loved the kitchen. And the basement is big enough for more bedrooms or a bdsm dungeon. Plenty of possibilities.
lol, endless indeed! A bdsm dungeon in the basement when it's time to resell would be a "shoo-in" on Zillow Gone Wild meme page
Do you do video home tours in Ringgold?
Hi Brian, not usually no! That's a bit far for me. Is there a house in particular up there you think I should feature?

I think the master is ok, it's got the sitting area which is cool tho
It's a pretty decent size though
The primary suite is a nice size.
It's pretty big!

Is the home made from real brick or is the brick just a facade ?

Those aren't today's building standards. They are from a bygone era when homes were built better.
