Hey Raymond, It's Boogie Girl. It's been a long minute: How is it going ?? I love Georgia home tours. Georgia has some of the most beautiful homes I have seen. Douglassville has the right pace for me. My dream is to move to Goergia someday. 😊😊
I love watching home tours. This one doesn’t compare to others in the same price range. Builders grade interior doors, the foyer isn’t grand, microwave over the electric cooktop definitely isn’t giving off ‘800,000” estate home. The appliances aren’t even “high end”. Maybe it’s the brick exterior or the acre lot. Who knows but it’s an easy pass for me.
I agree! For such a large and highly priced home the primary is too small. My home is in the 460,000 range and my primary suite, closet and bath are far bigger. 👎🏽
15:21 ooooh that was a big disappointment compared to the rest of the house 😢 its so narrow but the primary bath is not too bad… that bedroom tho, not hitting!
I live in this community and have lived here for over 10 years. I can assure you the homes are selling - even in this high-price, high interest rate market. Reasons homes sell here is 1. Neighborhood quality - driven by restrictions drafted by the HOA to protect home values (all lots are an acre or more, must be at least three sides brick, must have a basement, and have a min sq. footage (3500, I believe). 2. Schools - the area has the most coveted public elementary and middle schools in the county. 3. Neighborhood topology - many lots are flat front and back, making for large USABLE yard space for entertaining. 4. No “common area” - which some people won’t like but there are others who love it. Because of lot topologies people who want swimming pools have the space to have them installed without issues (though I will admit some of the newer homes - including the one featured here - have steep drops in their back yards). 5. People take pride in caring for their properties. You won’t find overgrowth, cars parked on the grass and on the street, wild neighbors and parties - it’s a quiet community where you can sleep early or sleep late; and feel very safe. 6. Location. We’re 15 minutes from Douglasville, 20 minutes from Newnan, 25 minutes from Carrollton, and 35-minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson airport. Those times are fairly consistent since we don’t have much traffic congestion in the area. There are more homes available than just this one. Reach out to Raymond if you’re interested in checking out the neighborhood.
@@wftyler9680 thanks for the details. The home seems dated and definitely in need of updates but what you added is priceless. As long as one has funds they can turn any home into a show piece, but you can't change a neighborhood. Having ample lot space, clean streets and decent like minded neighbors is a priority.
hi new subbie i was just thinking can you tell the viewers about the crime rate and what kind of weather you get like me in NYC our bad weather is show things like that because I and my hubby looking to move in the furture and my hubby want to come to Geogia i love the show he want to feel like he is still living in jamaica.thank you
Customarily, an executive level and/or high end home would come with a chef’s kitchen. An electric stove top isn’t indicative of an high-end home. My opinion is electric stovetop reduces value.
Met with the builders agent last week, she opened 12 homes for us to view and the build quality fails to met the price. Beautiful neighborhood, however, not worth it.
Primary areas are disappointing. Builders don’t realize that we want bigger gatherings spaces. Kitchen, den, master suites. Forgot the useless unfinished basement which is going to cost $100,000 to finish
How many times did you write about Errol Spence Jr "DUCKING" Terence Bud Crawford for the past 5 years before he fought him last year? I know you all Errol Spence "FAN BOYS" are looking for someone to beat Bud Crawford because your boy couldn't do it. Bud will ignore Boots the same way Boots ignored him when Bud and BLK Prime tried to get Boots to fight him. Boots dad told BLK Prime that his son is working with Showtime and he refused the fight. Now you are trying to blame Bud for not fighting Boots.

Nice house, But that master suite & closet space😓😓
I like when the island doesn’t have a sink or cooktop in it. Neither. That's valuable space 😂

This house is a waste of my time all that unnecessary space and those little closets
Very basic and outdated
