Wow, the space in the common areas is massive. The fun a lucky buyer would have furnishing that area!! That big working pantry!!! Wow!! Obviously, an entertainers home!! Beautiful primary bedroom ❤ and master bath!! Wonderful home overall. Great tour and thanks for sharing. Take care!!
Love the working pantry/laundry. It’s something i’ve only just realised I wanted. I’ve lived in a tiny flat with the washing mashing in the kitchen. I hated it at first but it quickly grew on my because i was always on top of my laundry. The only downside was it took up kitchen storage space which was needed at the time.
The home is beautiful. I absolutely love all of those windows… for a private lot with a few more acres and no neighbors. You can’t truly experience full use with other homes in such close proximity. Frosting, shades or thick curtains will be needed to ensure privacy. I would fall in-love with the layout… if the design were flipped. It looks as if the designer accidentally inverted the construction drawings and the project was abandoned because they couldn’t sell it!!! I wonder if the builder has floor plans that show the inversion previously mentioned. ie the wing with the garage to the back of the home instead of the front. The extra large rooms and closets are a plus! Thanks for posting! Blessings
I really like this house! I think the only thing I would change is the metal railing on the front porch. It kinda of cheapened the entrance. I would have made it the same wood as the other wood accents on the exterior. I’d change the cabinets in the kitchen to wood as well. Other than that it’s a beautiful home and I’m in love with the oval window in the study/office.
I love when there is no staging. I am a stager and interior designer and that blank canvas is Life for me.... But I will never get with the couch in the kitchen that has been in every home design for years.....🤦🏽♀️
So we were wondering that too and actually watched that part 2x to see if we missed the bathroom. But then we counted the bedrooms and I think the answer is that the room with the oval window is an office/study. (In fact, if you look at the floor plan at the end, it's labeled study) That's also why the closet was mostly shelves because that's what you need in an office.
From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family. ❤️
YES!! That's actually her name (Elizabeth Grayson ) so many people have recommended highly about her and I'm just starting with her😊from Brisbane Australia 🇦🇺
It looks more like a remodel than a new house. The left side roof doesn’t match or flow with the roof over the rest of the home. It looks almost like it was an addition / afterthought added later. The exterior look of the house looks like it wasn’t designed by an architect, it looks like it was just cobbled together. And that oval window… why put that in a home that has nothing but large rectangular windows everywhere else? That runway going into the master suite is definitely a waste of space. And the second kitchen / pantry / laundry room is just way too big, the washer and dryer don’t belong there. In general the house looks too sterile, there’s way too much white inside and out. The house looks more styled / suited to be a bed and breakfast as opposed to being a single family residence.
A washer / dryer in the pantry is strange. But it's okay because there is one upstairs. I'm sure the benches in the shower stalls are actually shelves for soap and stuff. I don't think anyone can fit their buttocks on one of those. LOL Otherwise beautiful home with an amazing window in the study! Worth 4 MIL!
The view from a 65 in television every thing particularly hallways and doorways look extremely narrow. Is it the angle or setting of the camera you're using.... or maybe I should just get a larger television?!?
It's good that there is no furniture. All the shortcomings are visible as if in the palm of your hand. Again, classic baseboards and cornices. The fireplace is also in a classic style. For me, this is a shortcoming. Old-fashioned built-in furniture. Such in houses for $ 500,000. Ugly stove in the kitchen. For that kind of money, you could have made a built-in dishwasher and refrigerator. In the secondary bathrooms, you can see the savings on building materials and plumbing. Cheap interior doors. Developer and crook are synonyms. I'm sorry, but I didn't like it.
That oval window is stunning!! I love how unique it is 🙌🏼
IKR! Very eye catching. Very demure 😊

Nice and spacious home. Beautiful oval exterior window and outside lanterns. Nice chandeliers and light fixtures!
Thanks for tour, Marcus.
Love All The Windows And Big Pantry Room.Everything About This Home Very Nice And It Looks Cozy. Thanks For The Tour!
I love how the bathroom has a window in front of the bath (14:22) which is a bonus for the neighbor especially if they are a voyeur.

A beautiful home. Very spacious. I don't mind that the laundry is in the pantry.
Such an amazing house and fantastic tour. Thank you for uploading this Marcus!
Wow, this was impressive. If I had to change anything it would be the railings and I would close off the media room.
Its giving christmas cozy style❤❤❤ ..love it
thanks for adding that floor plan!
You got it!! 👍🏼 Thank you for watching!

Q. Where is the bathroom for the guest room with the oval window? 👍
So we were wondering that too and actually watched that part 2x to see if we missed the bathroom. @@ruthg3732Thanks for the insight. I thought he said mother-in-law-suite he must have meant optional usage! Thanks again.
Love it walk in pantry impressive
Absolutely 💯 ❤😎

Wow that's huge, how do you make that much ?
I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
As a beginner it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep to keep you accountable. I'm guided by a widely known crypto consultant
She is Expert Elizabeth Grayson
YES!! That's actually her name (Elizabeth Grayson ) so many people have recommended highly about her and I'm just starting with her😊from Brisbane Australia 🇦🇺
Isn't she the same Mrs Elizabeth Grayson that my neighbors are talking about, she has to be a perfect expect for people to talk about her so well.
HEY KING!!
Nice home! I didn't see any outlets in the working pantry.
Just FYI: it's considered a wet bar if it has a sink. Dry bar doesnt have a sink.
Learn something new everyday 😅 Thank you!
That home was huge and beautiful. Who is going to clean it, though? 😅😅😅 One room at a time....
Why are they building houses that don’t have a clear front door as the focal point?
I think the front room with the big oval window is meant to be an office.
Yes, I added the floor plan to the end. You can certainly use it as you see fit 👍🏼
A real pity is wasn’t staged. I would’ve loved to have seen this with the furniture.
You are good at selling, bro. Though no wow factors here. They could have at least given it floor to ceiling doors and windows, sliding glass doors.
Beautiful exterior curb appeal✔️
I don't mind having laundry in the pantry area. Less rooms to walk back and forth
Thank you for the feedback Connie! 🙏🏼
“Look 👀 at this!”

Why is there No Mirror in all the bathroom, am I the only one that noticed that.
Not finished for that amount wow
I did notice no mirrors in the bathrooms💁🏽

*Dry bar. You knew what I meant lol
Love everything about the home except the laundry being in that gorgeous pantry. That's a horrible design.
