I love places like Heap Seng Long and the likes. They are the true torque bearers of heritage. When I travel I always seek out those transcendent and storied places. To me, one cup of simple Kopi beats a thousand pretentious Starbucks any day.

Kopi and coffee are fundamentally different beverages. Kopi uses mostly robusta beans and a specific roasting method. Coffee uses mostly arabica beans and a different kind of roasting method. They're just different. You can make a great cup of kopi or coffee for the same price if you know what you're doing. When you go to a fancy cafe, you're paying more for rent than the coffee itself...
it just the same Problem Repeatedly....from years after Years ......it was come and go...nothing long lasting.....some people consider it as a New trend which is actually the same thing in different form and Process ......from thousand of years of human history....thing's are repeating but with a little twist ....except for Technology....as long as...still in the range of a good positive Value's ...it's ok.....and enjoy the coffee !!...what ever the coffee you consume !!...and make some new Innovation
