Nice, I was able to do it with out turning it to the side. I actually took one of my wife's bobby pins and took the rubber tip off one of the ends and it was able to fit it through the keurig machines needle that pokes the Cup. Works like new again.

Yeah, it's just regular maintenance really, and the more coffee you drink the more you have to do it - also, something to add to the fix, it's not really a secret, but, get a regular straw, preferably with the flexible part, put it on the puncture needle and blow air into it, that might also help loosen up grounds.
