I’d remove the hopper safety stuff makes it way easier to access the pellets

How do you know what p set your on when it doesn’t show

This particular smoker only displays the pid value when set to the lowest temperature, which is 180. Above that it defaults to the default setting which I believe is P4.

Yes its a gas build up
