I lazily slept in with my period this morning and woke up hungry but with nothing to eat but bread in the house 😣 So, too lazy to walk to the corner and buy some eggs I poured a cup of coffee, went back to bed and started watching this video. Within minutes you motivated me to get my lazy butt up, walk to the corner, and fuel my body. Now I can finish this video. Thanx chica!
I'm doing so well on your IF program. Waiting 4 hrs in between meals has stopped all of my indigestion and bloating. I now sleep well, have more energy and actually crave water. I love seeing your video's...can't participate in the live chat since I work during those times. Keep it going... Thanks for all you do for us.
I listen to your videos when i do my daily walks. Great stuff! Hopefully you make one in relation to your post partum journey, like what IF schedule is safe or ideal and whether doing weights is okay in relation to milk supply. 😊
That’s a question for your OB. They’ll tell you how to gradually increase your workout, pls speak to them. You can stop your milk supply and that’ll be devastating
