I wonder how endurance teams compensate bike setup with multiple people riding it? I'm assuming there's compromise needed at some point because everyone doesn't have the same anatomy. I am 17 and am planning on pursuing motorcycle racing as a career but can't start racing now because parents. What would be the ideal way to get into racing once I'm out and can race?
