You said it doesnt have GSync which is correct however you didn’t mention that is does have FreeSync which is a big deal and will work just as good for consoles

It supports 1080p @120hz or 1440p @60 hz but it can’t do 1440p@ 120hz on the XSS

I've been using this one for a few months now. One odd thing I noticed when using it with my pc was that it isn't truly 120hz (atleast mine isn't).
It shows as 120hz in settings and in the osd. But when I fired up some good old Ufo test the 120hz is just as blurry as the 60hz, I also confirmed it with recording it at 480fps slomo.
I hope mine was just an odd one out.
There is also a 16" portable one by Zeuslap with identical specs besides supporting 144hz via thunderbolt
Update: I fixed it! The gpu drivers were the culprit. After DDU it's now smooth as butter. Still no clue why it did report as 120hz before though.

@@heysunnysideup2754 I'd go for the zeuslap 100%, its 160€ whereas the uperfect is around 200€
@@JKingArthur I completely removed the gpu drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller and then it worked fine, I also found out that it's a bit picky with 120hz and freesync enabled. Turning off freesync on the monitor also enabled true 120hz for me

I see you tested the M1 iPad Pro. Does the ipad transmit 120hz refresh rate to the External Display? or capped at 60 hz? I play mobile games using ipad pro at 120 fps and would like to have a portable display like this to work. Nice Video (＾＾)ｂ
Yes :), as long as you have the frames to reach 120+, it doesnt matter what is connected to the display, it will output the 120hz

How did you turn on 120 Hz on Xbox? My Uperfect 16 doesn't detect this option
Try toggling your color bit. If that doesn’t work toggle several of your video modes. For me it was a pain to get it to run 120hz. Changing it to 8 bit did it for me though
Whoa, this portable monitor is something else! I've never come across such a compact and travel-friendly design. It's a pity it doesn't support 4K at 120Hz though, otherwise, it would be an absolute game-changer! Nonetheless, still pretty impressive! 🌟💼🔥
I just got mine and had to crank the font to 150% to be able to read anything. Unless you have perfect eyes I think 4k is overkill for this size.

I have that monitor but when I connected it to my ps5 the image looks stretched because the aspect ratio of the screen is 16:10 does anyone know how to put it in 16:9
I use it with my ps5 aswell, it should automatically switch to 16:9 when you plug the hdmi in.
You can set it via the monitor osd too: click the volume/brightness lever twice and it should open the osd menu, go one down and it should show the "aspect" menu. Click 2x more and use the up and down of the lever to switch between modes.
