    Love handle day 7 done! I'm loosing water, sweat feeling great again today as I have been since I started 10 weeks ago. That is the best thing I could have done for myself. Thanks for the help and challenges Heather.

    Great workout these 10 minute ones are great for me to do in the morning before I start work as I start at 6 am so I get up at four I can fit 10 minutes in before I go to work thank you see you soon x

    I loved this routine!!! I modified it to not to the jumps since I live in an apartment. The only one I was not sure how to modify for no jump was the heel touch squats, so I just did squats. Thank you!

      you need to do cardio, such as her HIIT workout to get rid of fat to see the muscle you build underneath also spin classes 1-2 times a week should get rid of fat!

    I love these workouts!.......except for.......I CAN'T DO THEM! lol I think these sessions are for people who are already toned and strong. I'm just starting out with these kinds of workouts and I just cant do them. 😔 I'll watch tho. Maybe a modified version too until I get stronger.

    Can u film a video about outer thigh fat and under butt fat exercises, i seriously have a serious stubborn montain of fat ther and what make it worse is my glutes are small so a flat booty and then underneath it a weird chaped amount of fat popping out

    I love love love your workouts and this one looks like another great one. I'm not crazy, however, about the "muffin top" or even love handles tag. I much prefer looking at it as a core strengthening workout rather than fixing something that isn't considered right with our bodies. Just a thought... As always, thanks for taking the time to make these free videos for all of us.

    Night number 3 trying to rid the fat above the buttock known as the love handles. We'll see what happens after 7 days of this love handle exercises , 4 more nights to go.....along with the 12 week plan, I'm going to be on week10 Monday......so far so good a lot of strength, energy and I can do confidence....my glass is always full...

    Another muffin top workout in the books , my challenge to work off the lower back fat...I hope this muffin exercise is going to work off some fat in the upper buttocks ...sure give you a good sweat though. Thanks Heather.

    Heather the transition from workout to cool down is dangerous in this video. Heart rate is too high to go from standing to lying down. Did my own cool down.
