- There is a lot to cover in this, as I go over the full process of creating a set of FPS Character arms that can be used in Unreal Engine 💪

I love all the blender tutorials and all have their playback speed to 2x.
Thank you so much, you have no idea how much help this is
Bro thank you so much, couldn't find any tutorials with custom arms
Maaaaan this video is golden!!! Very useful!
This… is amazing. Thank you
I needed this tutorial
Perfect tutorial 😊
Wooo huu finally got what I wanted...
that retopology was orgasmic
I hath already made a hand model and rigged it but I got stuck on the gloves part as it was overlapping with the hand and scaling it messed it up, thanks dude
Great Tutorial. When I parent my weapon to the right hand everything works fine but as soon as I parent the Left hand to the weapon, when I try to move the right hand in pose mode, It seems like its not parented anymore and the movement is sharp and glitchy. Any ideas why?
Hey great tutorial , one question tho after i do the hand annimations how do i attach them again to the rest of the body? Thanks in advance
Now you should build the the rig from the ground up because it is likely best for your bone heirarchy when you get into your game engine. But you can also use the same "Child of" constraint to parent the arm to the rest of body as I did with gun to the hands.

How can i animate my camera to move with a the reload etc
👍
whaaaa...
hello friend. thanks for this greate tutorial.
i have a problem and my problem is:
my animations look great inside of blender but when i export them bone positions gets weird when i import them in ue4
they are broken even i reimport them is blender
imagin a AK47 reload animation. when my character get out them game its ok in blender but in exported fbx the hand that gets the mag out is way off and its look like the mag is flying.
do you know what is my problem?
thanks
I was having issue like this as well when I created this. It's been a while since I worked with this, but I think you have to make sure you are setting your animation constraints back to to whatever their default value is when you create a new action, other they carry over to the next action that your animating.
Can you male a tutorial video on how to make the equipment used by soldiers such as plate carriers, webbing, vests, pouches etc
So, this isn't a full course
setting the gun root bone as the parent of the hands just doesn't fking work. Why isn't it working? When I then move the gun root bone the gun moves but the hands don't follow. They just stay there.
Hey this is unfair my first comment disappeared. Nice tutorial tho
Lol, algorithms thought you were a spam bot 🤣
@@Tosmo ig I will go with both jokes

I don't really see how this is helpful to anyone who doesn't already know what they're doing. It skips over basically everything.
this exlains literally nothing
