Just got mine 3 days ago and it’s A fun ride just being stock. I’ve been looking for guides or videos on adding modifications or what’s able to be done with this bike model. This video was perfect example of what I want to do with my bike. Keep up the great work man. Your helping all of us out
Dude, you have no idea how amazing your content is. I've been watching for months and months, and just today, 10/5/24 had saved enough to get a B200, and HOLE E FORKING SHIRT !!!! You deserve way more subs, god bless you, and thank you for steering me in the right direction.
Put a TC on it a stage 1 with big breather, big jet for carb,a coleman header with muffler,a 60 tooth for the rear, zip the gov.spring, and no you don't need another carb just grab the flattened round bolt at the bottom of carberator bowl with vice grips and loosen it if the jet inside is a one way take it out with an ease out like a broken bolt put the big jet in and reinstall you won't need anything else imm 210lbs my b200r will do a wheelie downhill with me on it I built a trailor for it it pulls so good and still go 40MPH imm dam skippy with that me boy
When I got my son's it had been sitting outside at tractor supply for awhile and there was rust in the bowl, I ended up slapping another carb I have on it and beating the ever living heck out of the bowl to get it off, then I was able to remove the stock jet and slap it in the other carb.
Great vid. And If you're ever looking for more storage on your bike instead of just the basket on back you could weld/bolt on two L-brackets on each side (one near the seat and one towards the rear of the rack) then weld /bolt a steel ammo can to the L brackets on each side though i recommend reinforcing the ammo cans with 2 plates where they connect to the L-brackets. Then you have the two cans on the side of the bike and a basket on the rack on top you could even do a bigger basket since the ammo cans would be there now to support the weight. Just recommending what ive done myself
Hey Parker nice upgrade. I bought a b200r for my daughter at tractor supply 599 price it has been a really awesome mini it hauls my 248 lb body around and it has more power with my 100 lb daughter. Just stock this mini is really capable. I am saving for a b200rsv for myself. There's another guy that bought a b200r on this community and he has done some cool upgrades to he's mini and has done some awesome trail riding with. Many thanks for video.
I’m pretty impressed with the stock drivetrain for what it has to offer. Definitely plenty capable for average riding. I plan to take this thing to places where the upgrades will really kick in!💪🏻
Great video. Just got a B200R and I'm really learning a lot from your videos. Loved the MOAB one. Would love to see more of it. Did you ever replace the Bulb on the headlight? if so, what did you use if you kept the round light, which is what I kind of want to do. Thanks and keep making your vids. Looking forward to them.
@@thecreekcrawler on the b200r the engine doesn’t have a ton of headroom on the muffler so the engine riser won’t let the stock exhaust muffler fit. I’d recommend either a short header pipe or a mega moto 212 exhaust. The b200r and the mega moto 212 have the same basic frame dimensions.
Will this fix the throttle from sticking wide open I’ve loosened the throttle body bolt I’ve checked the spring on the carb and even changed the clutch but when I start it it just runs off , but my jackshaft chain is really tight . I just picked it up today at tractor supply
You can loosen the chain with the rear axle adjustments. Make sure your throttle cable isn’t too tight. I would lift your rear tire up with some jacks or a stand and start it, let it run and play with the throttle assembly and carb to see if it lets off after adjusting some things.
I installed that exact same torque converter. Now it has so much vibration that I don’t dare put the chain on and take for a test drive. I’m wondering if that shaft that goes through the clutch maybe bent. Does anyone else’s vibrate really terrible now?
I have the same bike and ordered exactly what you have in the description. The chain in now about 3 inches too short. Did you have to lengthen yours. I don't see any information anywhere where you have to but I don't see any way around it. I adjusted the rear wheel in as far as it can go.
I want a slower speed for the rough stuff but don't want to loose top speed. I know a larger rear sprocket will achieve the desired low speed with power but it will also knock down the 32km/hour top speed. Will torque convertor alow for slower speed?
I took off the pull starter from the other side and stuck a wrench in one of the notches that caught on the foot peg- that kept the crank from turning as I loosened the bolt from the other side.
Did u have to change the chain I have the same b200r with a 224 swap and I just put the torque converter on with the the mounting plate you linked in the description but my chain is to short now
@@pfmachines hey man, i'm planning on doing this exact project. Do you know the length of the total chain after the torque upgrade? I just want to get a new chain instead of linking more to the old one. The old chain has a little wear and tear anyways.
I think he stole the side plate from a predator (hemi) motor since the stock motor and predator are basicly both honda clones parts are mostly interchangeble
I’m going to make an update video soon explaining this. So I went to a shorter riser solution for this reason. I took some washers, longer bolts, and nuts that give it maybe 1/2-3/4” clearance which is just enough for the cvt but leaves enough room for the stock box and exhaust.
I just tried to install this riser plate with my b200r, but the air filter won't fit. I'm thinking of either getting a shorter riser or a smaller air filter. Thoughts?
Thank you nobody is making videos on this specific model
Nice to see someone giving us a look at hill climb abilities vs speed. Thanks!

I wish I knew what parts to get I have the same bike
Link these parts my man

I got the b200r at tractor supply last week for $349… haggled the guy to 50% off because the front tire wasn’t inflated. 😂

Put a muffler on it, these engines love a little back pressure and will actually make more power with a muffler than without
Is there a reason not to just add rubber engine mounts for risers?
Looking forward to the build! Me and my cousin just got a pair of B200Rs! What tires were you looking into?
Some 20” sunf’s
Do you have to install a cold air intake before the TC?
@@thecreekcrawler well I got a smaller stock air filter and removed the box so it can clear the frame until I do a 22mm swap with a cone.
So I would need to get a different exhaust before installing the TC?

@@pfmachines yessir thank you
@@pfmachines so I come home tried that and everything I know but I just got it yesterday at tractor supply so I braught it back and swapped it
Will this increase acceleration on flat ground? I’m just trying to do wheelies in my yard
hey :) do you just wear leather jackets on your minibike, or sometimes leather trousers too? i think they are great for cold and safety on the bike :)
I installed that exact same torque converter. Now it has so much vibration that I don’t dare put the chain on and take for a test drive. I’m wondering if that shaft that goes through the clutch maybe bent. Does anyone else’s vibrate really terrible now?
Would I be able to add a muffler to the exhaust pipe without conflicting with the other stuff?
@@lil_jimmie7212depends, what I had to do is bend the pipe out so the muffler would clear, you can use a torch for this to help bend the metal
@ thanks for the response! I’ll be sure to take that into account.
@@pfmachines One more thing, I saw that the air filter cover thingy got in the way of the frame with the riser. Did you find a solution to that?
I have the same bike and ordered exactly what you have in the description. The chain in now about 3 inches too short. Did you have to lengthen yours. I don't see any information anywhere where you have to but I don't see any way around it. I adjusted the rear wheel in as far as it can go.
Yes more chain is needed. I had spare chain in this video, about 105-110 links should be enough.
I want a slower speed for the rough stuff but don't want to loose top speed. I know a larger rear sprocket will achieve the desired low speed with power but it will also knock down the 32km/hour top speed. Will torque convertor alow for slower speed?
A cvt has a low gear of 3:1, stock jackshaft is 2:1. So a cvt will provide more torque with a high gear for better top speed.
Was the chain long enough or did you have to add links
@@Dont_Trip7.62 a few links
Hi can you tell me witch to order for my b200r. Non actually show the 196cc stock motor on my new 2024 Coleman b200r. Like Amazon? Help please
Any gx200 clone parts will fit it
I’m trying to take off my clutch but I’m afraid to mess it up, any tips ? Best way to take the whole assembly off
just take the bolt out and rip it off
I took off the pull starter from the other side and stuck a wrench in one of the notches that caught on the foot peg- that kept the crank from turning as I loosened the bolt from the other side.
I'm new to mini bikes. Does this bike already have a stock torque converter? Is the belt version just better?
@@seriousdopamine4404 depends on the model, b200r has a clutch and chain driven jack shaft stock, the newer b200 and b200 rsv have a cvt stock.
It's a 3/4 output shaft and not the 16mm? Need to know so I can do mine, I don't have calipers to measure
Yeah 3/4”
@@pfmachines I went with the linked ones so hope it works and I'm ripping in no time
Did u have to change the chain I have the same b200r with a 224 swap and I just put the torque converter on with the the mounting plate you linked in the description but my chain is to short now
Yeah it needs more links, I had some spare chain on hand that was #420 size.
@@pfmachines hey man, i'm planning on doing this exact project. Do you know the length of the total chain after the torque upgrade? I just want to get a new chain instead of linking more to the old one. The old chain has a little wear and tear anyways.
@@TraftonGonzales 120 links should be plenty to size it up to a torque converter
@@pfmachines thank you so much dude! 👍
How much more speed did the cvt add?
@@Dont_Trip7.62 depends on your engine and heating but it usually doubles the mph you’ll get.
What size chain did you use my stock chain is about 6 links too short
420 chain
Am I seeing things? The engine at 4:32 looks like it has a hemi head.
I believe your correct.
I think he stole the side plate from a predator (hemi) motor since the stock motor and predator are basicly both honda clones parts are mostly interchangeble
That is a hemi head. I think that’s just his spare parts bin
can you use the same chain or do you need to add links?
Add links, a overall batter chain is worth it.
If i leave the stock exaust and air box will I have clearance issues?
I’m going to make an update video soon explaining this. So I went to a shorter riser solution for this reason. I took some washers, longer bolts, and nuts that give it maybe 1/2-3/4” clearance which is just enough for the cvt but leaves enough room for the stock box and exhaust.
