Scalp tension is a very underated topic. As we get older, scalp tension increases, which increases inflammation, which increases DHT accumulation, which decreases blood supply and you get the idea. Scalp stretching, pinching, pressing is very important. Infact, i'd say it's possibly the number one thing everyone should start with first, then follow along with the treatments mentioned in the video.

UPDATE: received some disheartening news. I went to a hair transplant place (highly recommended by tyga the rapper) here in NYC and they basically told me that it appears I have SCARRING ALOPECIA. . . I asked as many questions as possible and every road led to something I didn’t want to hear. Now the only true way to find out if I have scarring alopecia is to go to a dermatologist which is next on the list but I definitely have been trying hard to stay positive through all of this. They were not people of color telling me this info and I’m not sure if they are 100 percent on how to deal with 4C hair but I am open to holistic approaches. Pray for me y’all. I know some would say “it’s just hair” but for me it’s my crown jewel. It’s everything to me. I’ll keep you guys updated through this journey. Peace ☮️ & Love

Oh god my hair loss is fkd me up for real I started microneedling for the passed 10 months every week sometimes every 2 weeks there’s a baby hair growing but not as much as good as an obvious hairline so I am using Mascara on that baby hair and it looks perfect 👍🏽 plus my hair is African rough hair type so I’ll take it to the next step (Regainera) treatment after 2 weeks Inshaallah pray for me brothers. So do I recommend Microneedling: Hell Yeah it could work perfect for you ❤

I don’t have a receding hairline anymore I just want to share what I did to fix my hair loss because I know what it feels like to bald. I massage Jamaican black castor oil into my hair before bed then sleep with a hairnet (the oil can stain sheets) then shower it off in the morning, it’s like 20 bucks on Amazon which is a lot better than a subscription for finastride which have side effects. I JUST WANNA HELP A BROTHA OUT

I am glad you bring up the scar tissue and follicle function aspects to regrowing hair. My problem is I have gone to multiple dermatologists, trichologists and a hair transplant surgeon. I am told that I do not have scarring alopecia, yet my hair loss is diffuse and in a strange pattern. Now trying to determine scar tissue is a huge issue. The scalp is an enormous area. How can one isolate every spot on the scalp upon examination to be sure there is no scar tissue anywhere? If there is no scar tissue, does it guarantee the follicular openings still exist? In addition, I have long thick hair that seems to cover the areas that are troublesome, so I find it hard to be totally convinced that I truly have no scarring alopecia. The other thing that is a burden to determine are hair parts and cowlicks. I noticed in my beard I have a large hair part where the hairs change direction when grown out. Once shaved the stubble hairs don't show the scalp having the hair part. I am wondering too if hair parts can show up at later points in life and if people can have multiple hair parts in less typical places on the scalp? I have areas with thin and vellus hair and don't know how to bring them back to life. It seems nothing works once they've shrunken. I've done stem cell therapy and PRP on August 17, 2021. It seems to not be thickening up anything that was thin. I also am taking Nutrafol Men and using a laser cap. Nothing seems to work. I cannot take Finasteride as it causes bad mood issues and makes my scalp itch.

Keep your head up bro. Scar tissue isn't a final condition. There are treatments available for scarring. Aloe vera is one is heals burns and scars. I have used it and have gotten great results. The only thing is you have to use a lot of Aloe Vera. I use at least twice a day. Use generous all over your scalp. After it drys in about 20 min I hit my scalp with organic oils like peppermint oils, castor oil, and jamacian oil. Keeping your scalp from being dry is healthy to maintain and regrow hair. I hope this help. God Bless.

I like the idea of using alternative therapies to prevent hair loss but don’t exactly understand the notion of avoiding side effects by using natural remedies, particularly finasteride. Don’t side effects occur by lowering DHT, Period? Meaning even if you used a herb to achieve this it still acts upon the same mechanism as Finasteride?

When YHWH/ Yahuah sent his word made flesh he did not manifest with blond hair, blue eyes and skin Moses would have called leprosy.
Messiah came to deliver the Afro Asiatic Hebrew from all nations that hate us. That would include the caucasians who stole our history and began teaching Afro Asiatic Hebrew history as a christian and Jewish doctrine.
Messiah was a so called black man with locks. All the world knows this. Messiah's main goal was to get the so called black Hebrews to turn back to the words of the prophets who came before him. He taught Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. Luke 1: 64-80 proclaims the primary audience he would go to and for to fulfill his destiny and purpose. Not to save everybody. But the everybody doctrine replaced the truth and now we have gentiles telling lies using our Afro Asiatic Hebrew history to proclaim the "jesus"/Iesous who requires no one to keep his fathers commandments. Messiah never went any where teaching a jesus will save you. Examine the scripture. Father sent his word made of flesh to be a living accurate representation of himself, but, in the form of a body he prepared for him to dwell in while he taught all throughout the Afro Asiatic Hebrew cities, towns and villages. The jesus story is purely based on Rome's desire to corrupt the seed of promise through deception.
Neither was it the Ashkenazi converts to Judaism 747ce.
Genesis 10:3,5 Yah taught Moses Ashkenaz is a gentile.
Same chapter verses 21-31 Ashkenaz not in the lineage of Shem.
Genesis 46: 8-27 list all the names of Ya'acob's who went into Egypt with him. Ashkenaz is not one of his sons.
Genesis 49 Jacob pronounces all the blessing and future failures of all his children. Ashkenaz is not listed as one of Jacob's descendants.
Exodus 1 list the names of the sons of Israel. Ashkenaz is not listed among the names of the sons of Israel.
Deuteronomy 33 Moses blesses the children of Israel. Foretelling their future's. Each path told to each specific tribe. The tribe of Ashkenaz is not mentioned.
Jeremiah 30:1-4. Yah said I will bring back Israel and Juda. Where is Israel?
These Imposters claim only to be Juda.
Where is Israel, the 10 northern tribes?
1 Chronicles 1:5-12 HNV - The sons of Yefet: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Yavan, and Tuval, and Meshekh, and Tiras. The sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, and Difat, and Togarmah. The sons of Yavan: Elishah, and Tarshisha, Kittim, and Rodanim. The sons of Ham: Kush, and Mitzrayim, Put, and Kana`an. The sons of Kush: Seva, and Havilah, and Savtah, and Ra`mah, and Savtekha. The sons of Ra`mah: Sheva, and Dedan. Kush became the father of Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one in the eretz. Mitzrayim became the father of Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehavim, and Naftuchim, and Patrusim, and Kasluchim (from whence came the Pelishtim), and Kaftorim.
      Revelations 2:9
      Revelations 3:9

@@yeledyahubenisrael3929 okay so you've said a lot here. And I love actually running into people who share your belief system and completely destroying your belief system. So let's go one by one so I can destroy your belief system and hopefully you turn to Christ which is the truth. Because that's what really matters not what we believe but what is the truth. So first thing first you said that Jesus is not blonde hair so on this so on. Well here is my question to you when did that become a attribute of the faith? When did you come to the conclusion that I believe this physical description of Jesus? Next based on what biblical text brings you to understanding of jesus's physical appearance? And based on the biblical text and historical evidence of the Hebrew people when did they believe leprosy had to do with being Caucasian? Obviously you don't read the scriptures that's easily refutable but I'm going to allow you to present your position evidence. Because based on the biblical text just this part of your reply I'm going to totally destroy. And then I'll destroy the rest of your claims only reply with what I've asked you.
