I did play a couple games recently like 5 o think and surprisingly I only ran into 1 cheater (at least I think he was cheating considering he was a scout using the shortstop and he somehow one shot me with a crit from like 15-20 meters away

Even though they didn’t update the Machina to be any louder than previous max of 16 players, the fact that it plays a server wide sound effect that gets louder the more players it kills was always its coolest feature.

No, because in other games, the players would be earraped by the 12 heavies yelling about the sniper, the lack of cover against the sniper, the lack of teammates defending them from the sniper, and dave.

The weirdness with the carbine's crikey meter is a great example of a general rule of thumb: Though you don't need to try to find Source spaghetti in this game, if you dig deep enough, you _will_ find it.

I think the carbine doesn't round the damage delt when determining crikey gained.
It's not a spaghetty problem
it's more of a problem with crikey being +36% dmg, and the weapon having -25% shooting speed
so it's like, an 11% increase, not much
Imo, it just needs to have a shorter mag and then it'd be actualyl good
If the target touched a health pack or other form of status removal, the shiv's bleed would not have been taken into effect.
Therefore, its minimum damage is not " 8 with 24 total bleed damage " its " 8 with the first tick of bleed before the target removes the bleed "
To quickly answer your question, the most broken mannpower-up in normal TF2 the answer is regen/king. Regen is straight up busted on pyro and heavy and king is a worse version of regen except its effects are sheared to nearby teammates, imagen a heavy with tegen begin supported by a medic with king. Me timbers shiverin at the thought...

Regeneration is probably the single most overrated powerup in Mannpower.
In base TF2 it would be a 5 layer burrito of busted, but in Mannpower there are so many powerups that make your damage output hit absurd levels that it isn't anywhere close to enough to keep you alive.
I mean when Precision lets heavy do almost 400DPS from mid-range a regen user will just get obliterated before they're able to get in range of a Heavy to kill him in a similar time, even if they use the grappling hook. Even with a medic with king, 108 health per second just isn't enough to survive.
Just so you know, you can boost the DPS of weapons even higher by using "addcond 72" which doubles firing rate and reloading rate, plus stacks with Haste from Mannpower
This series is (mostly) assuming "normal" gameplay conditions, which means addcond commands are only used for convenience (for example crit boosts)

If we assume that highest damage in TF2 is ALL OF TF2, then back in the Soldier/Demoman video, wouldn't highest Half-Zatoichi damage be against a overhealed (from a kill) or even non overhealed Samurai Demo bot? Non overhealed it has 650 HP,and with overheal from a kill it can have 975, so you know.
That would be a interesting little sub series for MVM wackiness/ upgrades
My guess in regards to the Crikey charge is that, while the damage numbers you see and inflict are rounded up, maybe the crikey meter itself is still basing its charge off of whatever decimal number you get from shooting a target under all those resistances? Would need some math to figure out but it does seem like at some point in the process it's ignoring some of those resistances

hey, the bushwhacka with mini crits and strength should do 780dmg against a FOS heavy. strength affects only mini crits, but crit damage can then be applied after the swing.

You could add mini-crits to a strength powered huntsman while lighting the arrow on fire to deal extra damage with the huntsman.
When you eventually do spy, you can perform the commonly known immortal sapper glitch to double the damage over time effects on a single building.

In terms of powerups causing havoc, Haste on Soldier is really fun, especially with the Bazooka or the Air Strike (fun fact it combines with the killstreak of the Air Strike for a max of 12 rockets in one mag)

The Carbine gaining charge is likely from how damage is rounded. 0 damage gaining charge doesn’t make sense, but 0.285 damage being rounded to 0 does create an opportunity to gain charge.
What about pyro lighting the arrow? Then the arrow can be double resisted by vaccinator and fire damage surely does more damage

No, the huntsman only has a 20% damage decrease on fully charged shots.
Otherwise, it's the same damage as the Stock Sniper Rifle.
I think the reason that the carbine charges like that is because meters go off of how much damage it should be doing plus or minus ramp-up and falloff. In other words, damage-charging meters ignore resistances.
I'm not 100% sure about this however, let me know if I'm wrong so I can stop spreading misinformation.

The machina needs some one stat buff for ignoring medic's vaccinator and heavy's fist of steel that piercing through bullet when headshot. That weapon SHOULD functions like that.
