In this video, I will share my lessons and experiences of being an ER nurse for a YEAR!! There is so much to talk about and I tried to squish it all in this video for you guys!!!

I am a 3 year PCU Float nurse interviewing now for ED and this is incredibly helpful on what to expect. Please share more tips, thank you! 🙏🏾 ❤
I love your channel. I feel like you address exactly what new grads fear or wonder about and you give such great advice. I relate to you so much. Thank you so much!
Love the transparency. I’m coming up on a year in the Er. Although I wasn’t a new nurse I understand what you were saying. Congrats on the year🎉🎉
This is the best video I've seen on the ER. You're very mature and explained everything very well. You sound like an awesome nurse!
Love the video Jamee’. I always say that you’re such a great nurse! So happy to work alongside you as coworkers.
THIS IS SO SWEET 🥹🤍 Thank you so much!! You’re an amazing nurse and so smart 🧠!! LOVE working with you friend 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
So glad I found you!
Thanks for the update.
This was a great video! Thank you.
“Just go and do it”. That was my mentality when I decided to go back to be a nurse. The excuse I gave was I didn’t want to have to do prerequisites over. (I’m a licensed funeral director). But as time kept passing me by I just one day got up and registered for classes. Fast forward a year later I passed my TEAS and this is the last semester of prerequisites.
Congratulations 🎉! I'm currently in school now. I will be applying for the nursing program in October. Yayyyyyy!!!🙏💃🏻
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 🥹💕 and that’s amazing!! 😍😍 You’re gonna do great! I am excited for you! let me know how it goes 😁😁😁
Thank you! Any tips on passing the NLN exam?
❤❤❤
Hey sissy! Yeah we're gonna have to change the score. Lol. I'mm going to ny, ny THIS December babes.
What did you do to cope with feeling anxious or overwhelmed on your days off?
My nervousness went away with time. The more I went to work and learned more and got more experience, the less nervous I was. But also having friends to talk to because half the time, they feel the same way. So talking to friends that are nurses helps a lot! And then also doing something you love outside of work like working out, going to the park! something that gets your mind off of nursing!! Lastly, learning while you’re off. I know this is not something we look forward to doing but it builds confidence when you feel more competent in a certain subject! For example, if you have a patient with a disease or disorder you’ve never seen before, I would go home and research it so next time, I feel more confident with it! I hope this helps!! I promise it gets better! My anxiety and nerves were always on 10 lol and now they’re so much better! (still there tho) HAHA
