Nights worked for me for about 3 years. Switching was hard but I really do appreciate having more resources in the morning, getting off at a reasonable time, and sleeping at night lol. Once I hit 30 my body did not tolerate nights but like you said nights has its perks as well ❤

Most of my clinical practice was nights.... I loved it, but it didn't like me. Started to have extremely disordered sleep. If I ever had to go back to patient care, I would try nights. But most likely I'd have to deal with days. Def loved shift diff at night! Shift work in general has pros and cons! And you are right: it is all a scam. LOL
