    1. Quality of videography is not what it used to be
    2. Time given to each element is mostly short and gives the viewer less opportunity to absorb the details.
    3. The house deserves more attention to detail and much longer review
    Nevertheless, the effort is appreciated!!!

The house is nice but looks nothing like a traditional Moroccan 'Riad' Moroccan homes have central courtyard with/without fountain and lots of green plants. The layouts of rooms, light fixtures, furniture design, ceiling work are totally different in a Riad. Most Riads have a roof top terrace for lounging. At most this house can be said to have a moroccan touch due to the mosaic tile work. Basing my opinion on my extensive travels to Morocco.

Very true . It's nothing like a Moroccan home, and honestly, it shouldn't be called a Moroccan home. Central courtyard is a must for such a home, and the chemistry of all rooms should bend towards the Central courtyard.
The ground floor ceiling is higher than normal in a riad.
Please dont call it Moroccan home.
There is a lot of hard work that has been put in. I appreciate that. Great work.

Absolutely love this house, the detail, architecture, simple lines, with thoughtful use of materials oozing morrocon influence throughout. Whoever it belongs to , they have excellent taste and have created an exceptional home. In fact the best property in Pakistan i have seen to date. Thank you for sharing.

I rarely leave comments on TH-cam, but this review triggered an irresistible urge to share a few thoughts. The reviewers and the cameraman need to up their game. While there are many specifics to point out (some of which are already highlighted in other comments), I think the off centered light in the walk-in closet isn’t a design detail. It was placed centre of the roof which became off centered once the wardrobe was placed.

Just read the rest of the comments, some people clearly have never been to Morroco and prefer the impractical and garish properties usually developed in Pakistan that lack character and finesse.

Some natural terracota, slate, sandstone, stone cut rough tiling at the roof would be good and mingling with the nature. The use of old art deco kind tiles in the courtyard is looking good, the carved bed and other furniture is a good choice.
More stone, fairface at the exterior at some point would add to it, Morocco, well this thought of importing the styles shouldn't be there.

I don’t usually comment but it felt like the owner is trying too hard to make it Moroccan…didn’t feel like they have a true appreciation for the type of architect… the only thing that i like was the floors they had a very nostalgic feel other than that discussion was very poor more like a property dealer showing a house…not to put you sown but u can do better, try to describe the elements next time and where and how they were sourced and difficulties faced in making a certain element it will make the video feel more relatable
Harsukh residency was the most beautiful and inspirational…. And plz do tell us how can we incorporate our own architecture (south asian) in our homes especially in 5/7 marlas with low cost and space friendly ways.

your videos used to be genuinely informative, educating and exciting to watch. The architectural critique, why and why nots, used to be discussed. This kind of commentary on a newly built house had no value to it. What has happened to you banjaiga??
