In our 3 star hotels there are 3 bathrooms and very big bed where 4 people can sleep And AC and TV is also there. In the first toilet there is Indian toilet seat in 2nd bathroom western toilet seat is there and 3 Rd bathroom is for bath. This much facilities are given in our 3 star hotels just only for 15 or 20 thousand Rupees in dollars if I am not mistaken it is for 15 or 20 dollars 😎😋😎😎😎😋😋

I stayed on Multiple REAL 5 star hotels all over the world..and this hotel had nothing to do with 5 stars.. internationally is a 3 star hotel if im nice.

That's what I noticed first hand. I have seen countless memes mocking their cricket team's lack of fluency in English. I just thought those were just trolling and one language doesn't really defines someone's calibre.
But the workers at 5-star Hotel are people supposed to be trained in Hotel Management, right ? Where I'm from English or at least being bi-lingual is must for Hotel management courses. The lady at High-Tea spoke manageable English at best.
My trip to China where I stayed at Marriott in Shanghai. They could find exactly one person (and he was the most proficient) who spoke English. And we were laughing our asses off after talking to him in English. Well, English may not be a requisite, but the hotel was awesomest (if that's even a word). Their attention to detail and customer centric behavior.. just blew our minds. Made us feel so much at home, without us knowing any thing Mandarin!!
So, regardless of English, this five-star hotel has nothing to offer than fleecing people with a certain brand!! May be that's Pakistani standard!!

okay as a pakistani trust me the only reason why this hotel is expensive is because of its history and size most hotels which are like 50 dollars are way more luxorious spacious clean and organized i have been to serena hotel and that was the worst hotel ive ever been to and i didnt even know that this was a five star hotel.and the reason why the rooms were unclean and a bit dirty is because they have like 4 mins to clean

Serena hotels are owned by prince Kareem agha ....Google him and it's international chain....they follow strict international standards all over the world...I have been to India and saw people defecating on railway tracks for lack of toilets....saw people sleeping on footpaths and jostling for space....during COVID pandemic people were thrown into river Ganga because they couldn't afford wooden pyres...slums of Delhi and Mumbai were huge

the only thing worth doing in these expensive hotels is eating the buffet. if its lunch or hi-tea or during ramadan it isnt that expensive and it is usually a good experience. just eat the buffet, hang out for a while in the lounge and by the pool and then go to your guesthouse that costs $40 a night

I stayed at the Hotel Leela in Mumbai. It was so nice. For $300 I got separate personalized check in area, room was great, food was amazing, and lot of amenities (paid extra but worth it).

@@EOMTravelsjust try any hotel with a price range of nearly about ₹4,000-5,000, you'll get a nice and decent room with way better staff(coming from my own experiences). If you really wanna start getting fancy, try hotels that cost nearly ₹20,000, that is- when no festival is near, the same hotel might even icrease the price to 6 figures during festivals or major holiday times.
Overall, the average and cheap hotels in India are way better.

I stayed in Serena Swat, Serena Gilgit, Serena Khaplu and believe me the room charges were very nominal. It was about 25k for a night. The rooms were even better than this one. I think it's just Serena Islamabad that needs overhaul.
back in 2017, i was in Pakistan, and I ordered pizza and ask the guy on the phone like how long it gonna take, and he said 45 mins. i called them back after 1:30 and he was like another 45 mins because there was load shading.

Pakistanis hotels sucks. I am Pakistani but living in america. I was in islamabad and stayed in the best hotels all of them sucks. The most important no manners when it comes to cigarettes. Wveryone just stand at any pount and start smoking and I hate that. I was nearly to F everyone. Second hand smoking is more dangerous. When driving in Pakistan no cares about ughhh whats the purpose of lanes.

Last month at $200 per night I stayed at large king size room at Taj Palace Hotel, Mumbai, India. Great location, amenities, food, historic significance. Also the staff spoke proper English, Hindi & Marathi. The reception and other staff shown in this Pakistan 5 star hotel are struggling to even communicate properly. This is a basic etiquette of a 5 star hotel which they lack.
That’s a hell hole place where women are raped by the minute and it’s a dirty slum.Islamabad is a clean well kept civilised city. There’s not much land you pay for location not luxury he also has the cheapest room in the hotel. It’s a hotel in Pakistan, why would they need to know English? They are not running scam call centres from kolkata robbing Americans or Europeans.
But you might get killed in Taj hotel....

If u use sauna steam room and use there pool which there generally charge 14k than u might make ur money worth.and there complimentary hibiscus juice is so good
