This is your best meal prep yet!! Would love to see more of these added to the app this year ❤. I loved how everything was ready to prep meals during the week and all we needed to do was pull ourselves together and make rice 😂
Your app is a mainstay for me! I have had for a full year and absolutely let it renew this year. I am not vegan or plant based BUT I love this for my side dish component of my meals. The breakfast options are awesome and the dressings you create are some of my favorite. 10 out of 10 - highly recommend. 🙌

I just got your ap and absolutely LOVE it!! I was struggling so much trying to make quick healthy meals for me and my special needs son and I struggle so much with planning meals! Your recipes… I love how the meal prep is! So easy and all my foods I love so much! Now I know how to put everything together which has been a struggle of mine. I’ve tried many apps from forks over knives to pick up Limes all amazing foods too but somehow I found it complicated and buying too many different foods for the week. I like how you mix ingredients for the week and make different meals using less ingredients!! Thank you a thousand times. You have been a game changer for my meal prepping for me and my family…which is KEY as we all know for easy healthy meals❤🌱🥕🥬🥦🌶️🥒

I came off of a 3 day cleanse and while I was doing it I was meal prepping all of this to have some nourishing foods after. It is all so yummy! My husband is super picky and he would never eat the chocolate snack if I told him the ingredients. lol he looooves them! 😊

I already tried the brownies and your peanut butter dressing. Both were amazing. If I can find some more meals I will be able to reduce meat and dairy down to a minimum.

Couldn’t make the sauce out of the hummus and roasted garlic !🧄 Every time I tried, I’d get as far as squeezing out the ooey gooey delicious caramelised garlic, then before I know what’s happening…I’m spreading it on toast and it’s down my throat!😂😂😂

I was looking at your dressings that use a hummus base but cant find your hummus recioe. Can you please help?

I haven't but it might work :) It's hard to find here where I live
What would you sub the yogurt for in the pudding? I was thinking more milk but wondered what else would make it creamy. I don't have access to plant yogurt
Maybe mix down a little cashew nut butter or any other seed or nut butter :) You can also just do the milk, It will be quite creamy anyway!
does the app give nutrition information for the recipes?
It shows calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein below each recipe. You can also turn this off in settings :)

Skulle vilja meal preppa så här men är rädd för att maten ska hinna bli dålig. Det står ju tex på förpackningen till linser m.m. att de håller i 2 dagar efter att de öppnats
hmm ja, det där har jag alltid tagit med en nypa salt. Det håller nästan alltid längre än vad det står :)

Some of it ☺️ I mean, she doesn't like 100% of what I serve so.. But I will be cooking this for the whole family 😄 And oh I'll do some modifications like the spicy sauce, leave some for her before adding chili etc.

I‘m a bit surprised that the titel of the video is meal prep for a week, but it is only for 4 days. Do you prep two times a week to cover the whole week or do you fast three days a week and eat nothing?
I don't think the food taste as good when you prep for more than 4 days, that's why. Rest of the days I just cook in the evening and have leftovers for lunch :) I'm sorry if this didn't meet your expectations
