    I only found you this week and I had to comment! I'm about to be 40 in January, super unfit and lacking motivation, decided enough is enough and it's about time I used my step that has sat in the cupboard for 2 years!. Did 2 step workouts of yours Tuesday and Wednesday (I'm uk) and today I didn't want to workout. At all!! So I decided to scroll through your videos and found this and I did the whole thing! It was so nice to have variation and you have it in bundles. I feel more motivated than ever. Tuesday was a long step and weights workout, weds was a 20 min cardio high pace step workout and today a kickboxing workout. I'm excited about what I'll do tomorrow. So thank you for inspiring a middle aged mum from the UK to get fit for forty 😉

    Thought I’d revisit this workout after a day sat at my desk. Enjoyed it just as much second time round, was just ac shame it was interrupted by ads 3 times!!

      The ads you’re seeing are tied to the music I use in my videos. When a TH-cam creator uses popular songs, the revenue goes to the copyright owners-not the creator. So, out of the 400+ step workouts on my channel, I don’t earn anything from them. The copyright owners can also place ads wherever they want in the videos. The only way to avoid these ads is by subscribing to TH-cam Premium, which makes all of TH-cam ad-free.
      I wish I could control this, but TH-cam's ad situation has been getting tougher lately, and many creators aren’t thrilled about it.

    CONGRATULATIONS on reaching 100k subscribers!!! Your channel has easily become my favorite fitness channel- EVER! I was at a low point in my fitness journey, I’ve always been active but after a difficult year personally, I fell off the bandwagon for the first time in my life. It was when I found your channel that got me motivated and excited to partake in fitness again. The live classes keep me accountable and the recorded video allow me to have no excuses to workout at any time. I love the flexibility of working out from home now (I sometimes squeeze a quick session in when I’m working from home too).
