    One of my favorite workouts on TH-cam ❤️. Challenging but doable. The instructors energy motivates me to go harder and not stop. Just did this for the first time straight through. Burned about 560 active calories.

    Hi from UK. I tried this workout today as usually do Les Mills body combat. This is much harder and reminded me of old school aerobics. Thought it was brilliant. Btw I'm 65 and can still keep up so shall be doing again whilst in lockdown. Thank you

    This is a fantastic workout!!! I was going all, messing up getting tired, had to stop for a few minutes popped my knee back in place and still burned 630 calories!!! Oh my God!!!! Thank you!

    Using this for PF treatment. Did it barefoot on my yoga mat so modified a bit. By the end of class I less excruciating heel pain. Hoping this will strengthen my foot muscles so I can start my Boston training again. Thanks to you and Tonya for that energy and birthday jax!

    hats off to those who were doing this workout with her cause it was not easy at all - or I'm just very out of shape. I found myself breathing so heavily and was struggling so much. I made it to the 45th minute and had to stop cause I have reached my limits. will attempt this again next time and see if I can make it through longer

    I started this video out with my ankle and wrist weights on for added resistance. about 25 mins in I removed the ankle weights and at the 38 min break the wrist weights came off. This is one of my new favorite workouts.

    618 cals sizzling! Could have been a teeny bit higher however I needed a breathe or two in between lol I am a Zumba queen and have trouble sticking to anything else but something about kickboxing workouts always intrigued me. Your workouts are intense but I can not even resist pushing through! As soon as I think I can not go on, you bring the pressure down just enough to catch my breathe to keep going but enable me to still burn the cals.
