@@Me19011 Don’t forget we have villagers who might be farming on the other side from their houses. If you have travelled on Lagos -- Benin you will understand.
They need to construct rest areas every 50 kilometers to improve tourism. Vehicles should not park by the roadside while traveling except during emergencies. Thanks for sharing Ozed!
That one is left for rhe citizens. Sometimes people complain of bad roads but they look away when people are damaging, vandalizing or abusing the road.
That water front is part of Eko Atlantic. Where ever you see that water wall is eko atlantic. Nice video. Now that it's been reduced to 6 lanes ie 3x2 can you measure the width of the pavement in your next video? Measure the width and also the thickness just to add more details to your videos.
Yes, that whole 'waterfront' is still Eko Atlantic. You can see the retaining wall in the distance. Everything behind it will be sandfilled eventually.
I pity Nigerians who he is fooling with this wild goose chase of a project. He started with the Lagos arm first because he has that genuine fear that he will be gone by 2027.
Your idea is not wrong, but then did you consider stuffs like climate? On a normal day road markings get cleaned off probably because of over use (number of cars) or even the sun. Imagine having road paintings and all of it peels off. People do it doesn't mean it will work everywhere. Sometimes some things are designed to fit into their environment not just for building sake. If yoi follow the construction of the Eko Atlantic you will understand that the concrete roads were chosen because it tolerates sunlight unlike asphalt that cracks and conpress under heat. Probably why concrete became an option for road construction in the country
Budget was approved for 10 lanes though. Now that it has been reduced to 6 lanes, what happens the excess? Is there a provision for Train 🚉 all through to Calabar of the project?... 🤔 🤷🏾♂️
You are wrong. The contractor is funding the project by 70%. You should also know that there is a difference between a budget and the realization of funds for the budgeted project.
What! After 10 lanes in Lagos it is suddenly downgraded to 6 lanes. All hail Jagaban the city boy from Lagos. Many people will not be surprised. Before it eventually gets to Calabar if at all, it may reduce to 2 lanes 😂
This road will never reach calabar talk less of delter state tinubu is trying to developing only yoruba land if they serious let them continue at the other end of calabar

This is very obvious, you are an HYPOCRITE!!

@chrisola6460 this will be so nice
It is an offence to be walking on the highway. Where are you going that you want to cross the road? Are you walking 🚶♂️ to Anambra from Lagos

Those who said it was fake, should be made to pay more TAxes abi??

The government wanted to use the money saved from scaling down to six lanes to build railway lines in the middle of the road.
What's the plan for the intersection of the coastal road with Ahmadu Bello Way in VI? Bridge, roundabout etc?
for now I can't say for sure the road design is not yet at the public domain
Work is progressing but still very much in lagos,, what about other states that this project will pass through?
baba the job is progress remember it started this year and is currently at ogun
Is this 2 lanes ?
Why can’t they release the design? Let’s see na
I just don't get it I've done everything possible to see the design no way
Do they have? They don't even know where it will pass until construction reaches there. It's Africa.
Abeg where will the train be? All i can see in the middle is street light.
It doesn’t all have to be in the middle 😊
Yes the train will start from dangote refinery not from here
I heard tje first station will be at Jakande so the line will probably start from there. We've not just seen the station design or road design
Something tells me that Tinubu will not complete the project before leaving office. He will only do the Lagos part of the road and leave.
Wake up from your sleep brother...

I am just hoping it will not be a dirty area as usual when finish. The whole place looks unorganized and haphazardly unkempt

Yes, there is a vision for train. I heard they got approval to start the rail track as well.
Do you know what a budget is?
@@tunxlawGuy, whatever it was, it was approved for a TEN LANE coastal road - shikena! 🤷🏾♂️
