Yes Nigeria save money but some government officials steal more than this money we are talking...hope some people will not steal still money they are saving...corruption in the highest...
Saving cost for a project which we don't know the actual contribution of the Nigerian state it. I believe does running this country will dare not run their private company same way
You guys are being economical with the truth because you guys were initially deadbent on following through your design no matter whose Ox is gored?? Why are you listening to the cry of the people now🤔?? You have demolished the beachfront of Landmark beach already because you wanted to proof a point. Then why backtracking for others businesses except for Landmark. All I see here is you guys not being truthful here. Your ambitious project couldn't sail through due to shortage of funds or another avenue to siphon, hence the scaling down to 6 lanes. Simple as ABC.
@@jonahigbokwe394what about the corruption in Nigeria? People who could not do 2 lanes wants to do 10 lanes! They complain of money when it comes to project but there’s enough to steal
I hardly come here bc they talk rubbish, but every once in a while I come back to check.. lo and behold, they’re still talking rubbish. Poor analysis and inadequate grasp of the coastal road concern. A coastal road is an amazing project, but why has it taken precedence over roads leading to the port, roads leading to refineries, roads leading to the international airports and many more. Why didn’t you think to start with less lanes in the 1st place and avoid existing businesses which would’ve reduced the cost. There needs to be a comprehensive look at road infrastructure, it’s not acceptable we keep building without understanding how to manage what we currently have.
Enemy of progress wailing as usual. The government only commit 30 percent to this project while the private provides the balance how has this become your headache?. Existing road rehabilitation will even course more inconvenience to Nigerians without alternative route, this coastal highway can solve this problem on completion. This construction does not even affect road users unlike the problem we faced during the work on Lagos Ibadan Express. Please don't use it after completion 😂😂😂😂
@ don’t worry about me using the road, I’m outside the country in a place where govt. is efficient. You sound unexposed. You do not realize that the way we repair or perform construction is one of the most inefficient in the world. So your horrible Lagos Ibadan experience has clouded your mind & you speak from a miopic view. I love it if you like it. People like me just want to inform the uneducated and naive like you that this is another sham. Using the federal govt. money (which is Nigeria’s money - every Nigerian can use the road if they please) to build Lagos. It’s Lagos today, it may be somewhere else tomorrow.. so try to be on the side of justice.
You're not even in the country yet you think that's makes you superior to those of us here. What a foolish mentality. We use the road and we have the right to and practical experience not you that are not proud of your country but wait till that day when you will seek the help of this same country that you like downgrading. You said I am myopic 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 most of you guys abroad are part of the problem of this country especially Obidense you contribute your money to failed project and this are reason you never wish any good things to happen in this government. How can someone who is abroad thinking negative of a coastal highway yet you have this in your supposed saner clime. This project is done deal you can wait till eternity. This will be added to our progress and its forever going to be a landmark. Posterity will be kind to the president.
