In Sonic and the Secret Rings he explores an entire universe-sized realm in like a day, then beats up a genie that just got done absorbing the power of 100 other universes, all without even going super. In Generations, he runs through areas that have had their flow of time erased by the Time Eater and it's stated that his speed alone is repairing the damage. Just moving without the presence of time would put Sonic at infinite speed, and depending on how you interpret his speed undoing time erasure, you might even be able to say he has immeasurable or inaccessable speed. In Forces, Mid as it was, Sonic breaks out of a pocket dimension through his speed. And in 06, Super Sonic was fast enough to speed blitz a higher dimensional being that exists in the past, present, and future all at once. Game Sonic may be one of the most slept on video game characters out there, too many people think you need to fall back on Archie to give Sonic any props. I blame the fact that videogames naturally have to slow themselves down a bit in gameplay so human players can actually play and react to what's happening

It's called Jetray and it went faster than the speed of light in order to catch up with a spaceship in deep space in the ben 10 ultimate alien episode "eye of the beholder". (And no, it's not a spin-off. It, alien force, and omniverse are all continuations of the classic series, they are all cannon, take place in the exact same universe, and the only one that isn't cannon and takes place in a different universe is the really cartoony reboot.)
You should watch Ben 10 Omniverse! It’s the one with the green design you said you liked and it and two other shows before it are continuations of Ben’s Life instead of the design you didn’t like which reset everything - Omniverse is really good! It also has another person you might like to see in its final arc!! Not necessarily a speedster but more of a super skilled time stopper, I think you’ll love it!
Real question, MetroMan would be considered a speedster? I know speed isnt his "brand" like with the Flash, he can fly and has super strenght too, but his strenght feats arent that amazing, but his speed feats... With his speed he literally re-thinks his whole life and goes to do mundane things everywhere, it was basically a time stop but it is stated to just be super speed.
